Drop your car off and ride the shuttle to the terminal. Easy. Plus your car is parked for you.

Need to know

No parking needed. All you have to do is drive to the Drop & Ride car park and leave your car with a member of the team.

Once that's done take the included shuttle bus to the terminal â€' it takes around 10 minutes to reach Terminal 5. Buses run around every 12 minutes from 5am to 11pm every day.

Your car will be taken to a secured, airport-approved car park where it will stay until you get back.

On your return take the bus back to the car park and your car will be waiting for you to drive home.

Accessibility

If you have limited mobility let us know as soon as you've booked. We can arrange suitable transport from the car park to your terminal.

There are disabled bays available, which work on a first come first served basis, located near the bus stop.

Security

The car park is on airport grounds and secured by regular patrols.

The small print

Unfortunately the car park cannot accommodate trailers and motorhomes.

The car park is closed for arrivals between 11pm and 5am.

You'll need to bring a printout of your booking confirmation with you.

Getting to and from airport

Arriving at the airport

When you get to the car park, head to the reception to check in your car and handover your keys.

Then take the included shuttle bus to Terminal 5. It runs around every 12 minutes throughout the day and takes 10 minutes to reach the terminal.

Meanwhile your car will be parked in a secured car park on airport grounds.

Returning to the airport

When you return give the car park a call so they can get your car ready. The car park will issue you with the phone number when you drop your car off. Then take the bus back to the car park, where your car will be waiting.
