Arrive at Heathrow Terminal 2 in style with Maple Manor's Meet and Greet service. Forget waiting for transfer buses or looking for a parking space, with this fast and efficient Heathrow parking option you can pull up close to the terminal, meet your friendly Maple Manor driver, unload your luggage and make your way to check-in whilst your car is taken to a secure car park. When you arrive back from your holiday, your car will be ready and waiting for you to set off.

Maple Parking has introduced a whole host of measures to make your meet and greet as safe and contact-free as possible.
On arrival you'll see perspex screens and signs encouraging social distancing. The team will be wearing PPE (masks and gloves which are changed regularly) and there'll be hand sanitiser for you to use. Your car key will be put in a clear bag, where it will stay until you get back.
When you return, your driver will return your keys to you from the bag and give you antibacterial wipes to use on your steering wheel and any other controls before you go.
Need to know
Drop your car off at the Short Stay car park. A member of the team will be at the Maple desk and park your car while you walk to the terminal.
When you get back walk back to where you were met on arrival and your car will be ready for collection.
This service is suitable for customers with limited mobility as you don't need a shuttle bus.

Electric vehicle charging
The car park has electric charging points, which are £15 for customers to use - this can change during busy periods. They work on a first come, first served basis and you'll need to bring your own cable and plug.
The small print
Returning to a different terminal? Don't worry the car park constantly monitor flights, they will return the car to the terminal you are landing to.
Early or late? The car park offers a grace period up to midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £20 per day. This is subject to change.
Most standard cars will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit under the 2.05m entry barrier and fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m). Prices are for cars only. If you're parking a van, lorry, caravan, trailer or mobile home you'll be charged extra. Minibuses and vehicles with 8 or more seats can't be taken for Meet and Greet services.
Make sure you leave enough time for your chauffeur to check your car for damage. It will only take a few minutes, but if you don't leave enough time, this may affect any claim you later make for damage.
All airport fees are included.
Don't forget to print your booking confirmation and take it with you as the car park will need to see this when you arrive.

Arriving at the airport
Drive to the Short Stay car park to meet your driver - your booking confirmation will include directions and a postcode for your satnav.
You'll need to go to the Maple desk and give them your booking confirmation and car keys, as well as your return flight information.
From there, it's a short walk to the terminal while the driver parks your car in a secured car park.
Returning to the airport
Once you've collected your luggage, walk back to the Short Stay car park to collect your car.
