What are Flextras?

We've been working hard to ensure that if you buy your holiday extras from Holiday Extras, you'll be getting the most flexible terms anywhere. The most flexible extras. Anywhere. Bar none.

We understand that after all the surprises of 2020 (and a few at the start of this year too), no-one wants to book a travel product they can't easily amend or cancel. That's why if you book with us, you can be sure that if your plans change, no matter what the reason, it will always be easy and free to cancel your booking with us and rebook for another date.



Our smartest choice is our fully flexible Free Cancellation product. You can amend or cancel up to the time you've booked to arrive and if you do need to cancel, you'll be issued a voucher for the full value of the booking so you can re-book any holiday extra (from hotel to parking, from car hire to fast track security) when your plans have been rearranged. As long as you cancel at least before midnight on the day before your booking was due to start, we can organise a cash refund for you within 14 days of the voucher being issued.



Our Saver option is a great choice if you're on a budget. You can still cancel and amend your booking up to the time you've booked to arrive and you'll still get a voucher for the full amount. The only difference here, and the reason you'll save some money, is that you can't get a cash refund and the voucher must be used to rebook the same product when you rearrange your trip.
