1) I need to cancel a policy I booked in the last 14 days

You can easily cancel your policy online using our help and support system . We advise you to do this as soon as you possibly can.

To avoid any charges, we need to receive your cancellation request within your 14 day cancellation period

To cancel and receive a full refund for your policy you must be within the 14 day cooling off period, your trip must not have commenced and you must have no claims pending on the policy.

Please fill out this form as soon as you possibly can and we will cancel your policy on your behalf.

Please be aware of our current terms for cancellations:

Annual Policies - If your policy was purchased outside of our 14 day cooling off period (provided you have not travelled on the policy, made a claim on the policy or claiming on the policy), we will refund 5% of the total premium paid on your multi trip (annual) policy, for each full calendar month remaining on the policy from the date of cancellation.

NOTE: If you have already travelled under this policy you will not be entitled to a refund.

Single Trips - For single trip policies we will refund 50% of the policy premium when you are outside of the 14 day cooling off period.

We want to keep this process as simple as possible for you. For all claims please call the claims department on 0203 824 0654 or fill out an online claim form.

Checklist for all claims

    1 Make sure you have your personal information (name, D.O.B. & address) and your policy number

    2 Fill out a form online

    3 Check that you have the relevant supporting documents (police reports, receipts) ready to send away
