Why choose Bronze travel insurance cover?

Discover our Bronze Cover, the perfect entry-level protection for budget-savvy travellers. This value-packed policy provides essential cover for unexpected medical emergencies, trip cancellations and delays, plus loss or damage to your personal belongings—so you can journey with confidence without overspending.

You'll also be protected if you miss a departure or connection, and benefit from personal liability cover—whether you're travelling once or multiple times a year.

Travel insurance can make a huge difference if something goes wrong while you're away. Medical costs abroad can be unexpectedly high, so it's important to be protected. The UK government recommends taking out travel insurance before you go – you can find helpful advice on their official website.

How long is a "single trip"?

On policy single trip policy, you are insured for one trip for a maximum duration of 365 days, but must start and end in the UK to be entirely valid.

Looking for an annual multi-trip policy?

If you are taking more than two trips during the year, then you could consider taking out an annual multi-trip policy, as this could end up saving you money in the long-term.

Our annual policy can provide you with the same high calibre of cover as our single trip policies, just with the option to travel on multiple trips during the year! We also provide optional additional cover for winter sports cover and gadget cover, protecting you during your trips across 12 months.

Will you be travelling with a pre-existing medical condition?

If you're travelling with a pre-existing medical condition, you can get a quote or book a policy through a simple online booking system or via our friendly Kent-based call centre. We work closely with our underwriters, Great Lakes Insurance UK Limited, to arrange a fairly priced and comprehensive medical insurance policy for customers with pre-existing conditions. Failure to declare any diagnosed, pre-existing medical condition will result in your policy being invalid, rendering you unable to claim on the medical cover should you need to while abroad.
