Choose an option that suits you best
We want you to make a decision that’s right for you, which is why we offer two options:
- Single-trip insurance: created for those who don’t travel often and haven’t planned for any other breaks during the year, this policy covers one trip of up to 365 days and has no upper age limit.
- Annual-trip insurance: designed for those with wanderlust, this is ideal if you’re taking multiple trips over 12 months and may provide better value in the long run. Applicable for customers aged 90 or younger.

Cancellation and curtailment cover
Top tips:- If you're opting for a Bronze single-trip policy, your cover starts from the moment you buy it.
- For a Bronze annual-trip policy, your cover starts on the date you select when booking. If you choose your departure date, you won't be covered for cancellations before you travel.
- You'll need to check that your reason for calling off the trip is included in your policy before you make a claim.
- The same applies to curtailment cover.
Need something extra?
Tailor your policy with some of our add-ons, for example:
- Winter sports cover: includes ski equipment, piste closure and avalanche disruption protection.
- Additional Gadget cover: provides extra protection against loss for things like smartphones, tablets, cameras and other portable electronic devices.
- Wedding cover: up to £15,000 wedding or civil ceremony cancellation cover per person registered on the policy. Plus, protection for wedding gifts, clothing, and rings if they’re lost, stolen or damaged.
Remember to read our policy documents for all the details.
Good to know before you book
- How we define a single-trip policy
- When an annual multi-trip policy may be worth considering
- What to do if you’re travelling with a pre-existing medical condition
This insures you for one trip for a maximum duration of 365 days, but must start and end in the UK to be valid.
If you’re planning more than two trips within twelve months, each with a maximum duration of 22 days, an annual policy may offer better value than buying insurance individually. You’ll get the same benefits as our single-policy trip, and can opt for our additional winter sports and gadget cover if you need it.
We’ll ask about any pre-existing medical conditions as part of the quote process, which you can apply for online or via our support team by calling 0333 051 0672. If relevant pre-existing medical conditions aren’t declared, it may affect your cover and any future claims.
Need a bit more cover?
We want to help you find a policy that suits your needs. If our Bronze cover isn’t exactly what you're looking for, you might be interested in either our Silver or Gold options instead.
