Whether we're helping remove hassle in person, online or via the Holiday Extras mobile app (which is powered by HEHA!, the super-intelligent Holiday Extras Holiday Assistant) we provide an unrivalled experience to over 8 million travellers a year.
The next five years for travel
The last two years changed travel for everyone. While travel was on hold through much of 2020 and 2021 we focussed our efforts on building the fastest, smartest and most personal service in travel, rolling out a new UK breaks platform so people could have a great holiday without flying overseas, and building a completely new and flexible refund system to ensure that when our customers went on holiday again they could book with maximum flexibility.
In 2022, people are travelling again. The mix of destinations has changed, and the places that welcomed us in through 2020 and 2021 are more popular than ever. Apart from a little extra paperwork travel is pretty much back to normal. Now we're remaking holidaymaking by building HEHA!, our travel recommendations engine that improves every trip by delivering personalised, intelligent recommendations.

Our Group CEO, Matthew Pack, is committed to the vision of hassle-free travel. Since taking on the role of chief executive in 2009 - then Group CEO in 2015, he has inspired the team to explore increasingly creative and innovative directions across the whole business.

Our Purple Parking and Airparks brands are represented at 25+ car parks across Europe, including sites at Gatwick, Heathrow, Luton, Birmingham and Doncaster. The brands have long-standing expertise at running off-airport car parks.
Park-IT is bespoke technology, built in-house to help streamline how suppliers run their car parks providing a better customer experience with high-tech key technology. Park-IT started in-house and is now growing rapidly across the world.
Chauntry Parkspace houses inventory for our Holiday Extras products as well as airports all around the world.
Shortbreaks run and operate online package booking platforms for theme park partners in the UK as well as theatre breaks and experiences.
