Park and Stroll, No Transfers Needed!
Fancy something a little different from your Heathrow Parking? Purple Parking's new Park and Stroll service offers handy no-fuss, no-transfer parking at Terminal 4. With Park and Stroll, your dedicated Purple driver will handle the parking, leaving you free to take the short walk via a covered walkway to T4.
Larger or commercial vehicle? The car park has changed its terms and conditions meaning that some larger vehicles are no longer accepted. Please read below for full details on whether the car park will accept your vehicle.
Need to know
This unique concept allows you to take advantage of the best of a meet and greet (having your car parked for you), while only being a 7-10 minute walk away from T4.
When you arrive at the Premier Inn T4 take a ticket and the barrier will lift. Make your way to the drop-off bay and unload your luggage. Head to the parking desk to check your car in, you'll need to leave your keys.
From here you can take the lift to the second floor of the hotel and walk through to the covered walkway to T4, it should take around 10 minutes. Meanwhile, Purple Parking will inspect your car and move it to their secured car park, where it will stay while you're away.
When you get back, your car will be returned to the Premier Inn T4 in time for you to collect it.
Accessibility
Assistance will be on hand if you need help with your luggage or the walk to the terminal.
Security
You car will be stored in a secured car park surrounded by a fence. It will either be manned 24 hours, have CCTV in use, or have dedicated 24 hour security patrols.
Electric vehicle charging
The car park has electric charging points, which are £15 for customers to use - this can change during busy periods. They work on a first come, first served basis and you'll need to bring your own cable and plug.
The small print
It's your responsibility to make sure that your vehicle's road tax is valid, it holds a valid MOT certificate and is roadworthy. If your car isn't legal or safe to drive, Purple Parking won't be able to drive it to the car park, and you also won't be able to get a refund.
Most standard cars will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit under the 2.1m entry barrier and fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m). You'll be charged extra if your car is too large. Minibuses and vehicles with 8 or more seats can't be taken for Meet and Greet services.
