What is valet parking?
Heathrow valet parking is a fantastic service that is also great value for money. You simply need to drive to the airport where a chauffeur will meet you at the valet reception drop-off point beside the terminal. They'll then park your car in a secured official BAA car park while you're away. On your return, your car will be ready for you to collect at the pick-up area close to the terminal. Valet parking Heathrow is great for families, customers travelling with lots of luggage or large items such as sports equipment, or for customers who are disabled and would prefer not to catch a transfer bus.
Heathrow valet parking options
Official Valet Parking at Heathrow operates at Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5. The procedures at each terminal are very similar. If you book this service for Terminals 1, 3 and 4, you car will be stored in the Business Parking car park while you're away. For Terminal 5, your car is stored in the Short Stay T5 car park. All of these car parks are fully secured and have CCTV, security fencing, lighting and regular patrols. Please note: we aren't currently selling official Valet parking at Heathrow.
