Need to know

This unique concept allows you to take advantage of the best of a meet and greet (having your car parked for you), while only being a 7-10 minute walk away from T4.

When you arrive at the Maple car park, take a ticket and the barrier will lift. Make your way to the drop-off bay and unload your luggage. Head to the parking desk to check your car in, you'll need to leave your keys.

From here, take the 2-minute walk to the Premier Inn T4 car park. Take the lift to the second floor of the hotel and walk through to the covered walkway to T4, it should take around 10 minutes. Meanwhile, Maple Parking will inspect your car and move it to their secured car park, where it will stay while you're away.

When you get back, your car will be returned to the Maple car park in time for you to collect it.

Accessibility

Assistance will be on hand if you need help with your luggage or the walk to the terminal.

Security

You car will be stored in a secured car park surrounded by a fence. It will either be manned 24 hours, have CCTV in use, ANPR entry cameras or have dedicated 24 hour security patrols.

The small print

From 29th August 2023 London's Ultra Low Emissions Zone (ULEZ) will expand to include Heathrow. You may need to pay the daily ULEZ charge when driving through Heathrow – make sure you check before you travel.

It's your responsibility to make sure that your vehicle's road tax is valid, it holds a valid MOT certificate and is roadworthy. If your car isn't legal or safe to drive, Maple Parking won't be able to drive it to the car park, and you also won't be able to get a refund.

Most standard cars will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit under the 2.1m entry barrier and fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m). You'll be charged extra if your car is too large. Minibuses and vehicles with 8 or more seats can't be taken for Meet and Greet services.
