Very easy to find, communication was very good. Didn't have to wait at all. Very happy overall.

HX provided an easily to use search facility and a range of companies to provided competitive quote with very detailed and useful information on each company and directions etc.

We will never book with Blue Circle meet and Greet parking at Heathrow again. It took an hour for our car to be returned and when it finally arrived there was significant damage caused to the underside of the car, suggesting that one of their drivers had not driven the car with any car. We are seeking compensation from Blue Circle to pay for the damage caused. We did not check the reviews beforehand but wish we had. They have a terrible reputation.

The car took 35 minutes to arrive from the phone call made form baggage reclaim. I received a parking fine for the four hours that the car spent at the Holiday Inn at Heathrow for whatever reason that was, although this was also cancelled with a follow-up letter. I have no idea why my car was not move directly to the car park it was supposed to be out perhaps you could investigate in case it was unauthorised use. It also shows on the built in car tracker log. On my previous use of the same service the week before, the car arrived caked in dust from the off site car park it was parked in during the heatwave, this isn't really acceptable, it should be parked on tarmac. On both occasions I was only offered a shoulder shrug by way of acknowledgement, other companies show more customer care IMO.

Valet parking was useless. Found that my car had been driven in excess of 24 miles …the boot was opened (intelligent apps on BMW’s) and customer services didn’t want to know.

Lots of excess miles on car. Had to wait over 30 minutes for car, although l rang from baggage hall. Staff not helpfull.

I was pleased to see that less than 8 miles had been put on the clock using the meet & greet service.

The drop off was fine. Your system was that i was to call one of three numbers on the card given to me at the drop off, after collecting my luggage. One number came up as "not valid". I called the other two a total of 12 times and they were either engaged or there was no answer. Eventually I went to Level 4 at Terminal 2 and found my car was there.
