Need to know

Until 31st May 2026

Drive to Terminal 4 Short Stay Car Park, Level 2. A member of the team will meet you, take your car, and you can walk to the terminal.

When you get back, call the car park after collecting your luggage, head back to the meet point, and pick up your car.

From 1st June 2026

Drive to the Crowne Plaza T4 car park (Level -1). Call when you're 15 minutes away, park up, and check in at the Maple desk. Then walk to the terminal using the covered walkway.

Call once you have your luggage, then follow signs to the Crowne Plaza via the covered walkway. Head to Level -1 and collect your keys from the Maple desk.

Returning to a different terminal?

No problem. For an extra fee, you can add a return upgrade for the terminal you're flying into, and a friendly driver will meet you there with your car. You can add this when you book.

Accessibility

No shuttle means this service works well for anyone with limited mobility – just drop your car and go. It's also ideal if you're travelling with kids, extra bags or need a quick getaway.

Security

Your car's in safe hands. We only work with trusted car parks that take care of your car like it's their own. While your car's with them, it's fully protected – so you can head off without a second thought. To give you extra confidence, staff wear body cams during handover.

The car park is secured by:

The small print

Heathrow is within the ULEZ – check if your car meets emissions standards, or you'll need to pay the daily charge.

Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit under a 2.05m height restriction and in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m). They can't accept vehicles with 8 or more seats.

Early or late? The car park offers a grace period up to midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £20 per day. This is subject to change.

Make sure you leave enough time for your chauffeur to check your car for damage. It will only take a few minutes, but if you don't leave enough time, this may affect any claim you later make.
