The offer of the £10 travel money was a con. It was not possible to claim the offer I was just being instructed to purchase a travel card. Really disappointing and mislead/missold

Could not leave car park without returning to hotel reception and getting exit ticket. Gate barrier attendant really unhelpful. Won’t use Sofitel for this service again.

Everything was fine except the large queue at the hotel reception where I had to get the ticket validated upon leaving. Forna 5 star hotel that was quite shocking to see. Not a holidayextras problem.

Great location for parking for Terminal 5 access, easy to find, plenty of space and a few minutes under cover walk to Terminal. A bit pricey but worth it.

I'm reluctant to be too positive because I don't want people to know about it - it's convenient and quick. Just remember to get your ticket validated when you arrive and you can go straight to your car on your return. Great service.

The parking at T5 Heathrow hotel needs improvement on administration. Couldn't exit car park at hotel as the ticket stated on the screen when I inserted on exit that I still owed the car park cost which I did not as already paid pre travel break through your web site. Rang the number on the exit and waited 20 mins to get the call answered! Then no apology and was told we should have gone to Reception at the hotel on arrival when outward bound in order to get a ticket for when we returned to exit the car park - all news to me! Hotel were not interested when I asked that they should sort this admin error out - just told me to contact yourselves - very poor
