How do I make a new claim (excluding medical emergencies, gadget, legal expenses and financial failure claims)?

For policies purchased on or after the 1st of June 2023:

The easiest way to register your claim is online at: www.submitaclaim.co.uk/holidayextras

The online service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Your progress is automatically saved so you can complete it at your convenience. Alternatively, you can contact us on 01403 286 547 Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm to register your claim over the phone.

I need to make a gadget claim, who should I contact?

The easiest way to register your claim is online at: https://tiga.taurus.claims

The online service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Alternatively, you can contact our claims team on 0330 880 1753 Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm to register your claim over the phone, or email [email protected].

I need to make a financial failure claim, who do I contact?

You can contact the team on 0345 266 1872 or alternatively, you can email [email protected]

Please quote reference SAFI V1.21 if you have Bronze Cover and ESFI V1.21 if you have Silver or Gold Cover.

I have submitted a claim, when can I expect a response?

Our claims team are currently handling a large number of claims. Once a claim has been made, the team will be in contact within 30 days.
