How do I make a new claim (excluding medical emergencies, gadget, legal expenses and financial failure claims)?
For policies purchased on or after the 1st of June 2023:
The easiest way to register your claim is online at: www.submitaclaim.co.uk/holidayextras. The online service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Your progress is automatically saved so you can complete it at your convenience. Alternatively, you can contact us on 01403 286 547 Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm to register your claim over the phone.
For policies purchased before the 1st of June 2023:

- If you have Bronze Cover, please mention reference SAFI V1.21 when contacting us.
- If you have Silver or Gold Cover, please mention reference ESFI V1.21.
