Is it an emergency?
If you need immediate assistance for a medical emergency, call the emergency number. For non-urgent issues, starting an online claim is the quickest and easiest option.

What you'll need
To speed up the review of your claim, submit it online with the following ready:
- Your policy number
- Photos of the damage (if applicable)
- Receipts for any related costs
The more information you provide, the quicker the claims administrators can process your claim.

We do the rest
Once your claim is submitted, the claims administrators will assess the situation and contact you with updates and next steps. For claims made over the phone, the team will guide you through the process.
How to make a claim
For claims that are not related to Legal Expenses, Gadget Cover, or Financial Failure, follow the instructions for your policy purchase date below.
Claims for policies purchased on or after 1st June 2023:

If you have Silver or Gold Cover, please mention reference ESFI V1.21.
