Dropping the car off was very convenient and only had to wait five minutes or so to pick it up on my return. I wasn't best pleased, however, with the fact that it was so dirty on my return that I couldn't see out of the windscreen until I'd washed it. It was fairly clean up when I dropped it off. Was it parked next to a building site for 11 days?

Was a little miffed to be honest, I followed your process to the letter - called after I had my case but then had to wait 10 minutes go for you to come with my car, which is annoying when I had to wait a while for the suitcase and then this, also when you came with my car - it was filthy as if it had been left somewhere where sand was getting blown up it - I had to wash it when I got back!

Due to the round robin route the bus takes visiting all the terminals you need to allow additional time depending on the terminal for departure or arrival as it can take some time. Bus very crowded both out and return.

Everything was good but we had to wait half an hour for pick up from terminal 5 at 11pm. By this time there were around 20 disgruntled passengers. During our waiting time there were 3 maple parking buses. Many people commented they would try them next time.

All worked very well, however the car was left unlocked - I received numerous notifications from my cars app, so after 3 days I remotely locked it as I could see that the cars location was in an open car park. I’m sure (hope) it was a secure car park but that wouldn’t stop a thief stealing things from inside the car.

Purple parking as expected. The transfer from MSY to our hotel not. Driver said he would wait 45 minutes, not 60 as your confirmation suggested, then left twenty minutes after a text message. However he did arrange a second vehicle to pick us up not long after.

MBW are good, reason for the low rating is due to the terrible queues (and people in the queues) for the lifts at the terminal parking at T3. A shame as it has forced us to consider other options.

The staff member I dealt with on pick and drop off was rude/passive aggressive. When we got back in our car there was a really noxious smell that made us feel sick. We had to endure it for the 5 hours it took to get home. The smell didn’t disappear until the next day!

Finding the carpark was easy and there was a transfer bus there ready to take us to the Terminal. On return we waited 10 minutes for a bus to the car park and our car was ready straight away. A very easy process - would use again.

I’ve used this off?airport parking service on a number of occasions and, overall, the experience has generally been fine. However, on my most recent return the wait for the shuttle bus was very long, and the bus then had to visit multiple terminals before reaching the car park. As a result, it took over an hour from arriving at the bus stop to getting into my car, which was disappointing after a long journey. Could the shuttle service be reviewed, for example by increasing bus frequency or introducing separate routes so that not all terminals have to be visited each time? The service feels noticeably slower than it used to be, and I wanted to check whether this is intentional, as it does raise the question of whether customers are being encouraged towards the drop?off service, which is significantly more expensive.

For a special offer it was rather expensive. The drivers could do with a bit more charm, they weren't particularly friendly. On return, after waiting nearly 30 minutes for the bus, we experienced the Cook's tour from T2 to T3, (drop off & pick up), and then T5. Altogether almost an hour from arriving at the bus stop to getting to my car. For the price charged I would have expected a separate dedicated bus for T5 to reduce wait time.

The only downside was the drop off before departure where we arrived and the there was no spaces for us to park the cars. We circled for a good 10 mins meanwhile other drivers were turning up and the area was getting very congested. The collection went smoothly though which was great after a long flight. Thank you

All went ok, checking car in was easy. Only complaint was when we returned we waited ages for a bus to take us back to the car. When the bus arrived it was half full so not enough room for everybody waiting to get on. After travelling for nearly 18 hours we just wanted to get on our way so landed up paying £22 for a taxi rather than wait any longer for a bus.

The information is written about the extra charges if you go to the wrong level, BUT why can’t there be a sign on the way up the car park that says go to level 4. As the Meet And Greet sign says level one and we ended up having to pay £21 for going incorrectly. We weren’t the only ones either. I’m not sure if you get anything out of the extra charge for fast track mistakes but someone is making a lot of money out of this and it’s making a lot of customers angry. The signs at terminal 5 are very clear but terminal 3 were very costly

The information ahead of the holiday was great. I had the App on my phone as well. The phone call ahead of our arrival was easy and we found terminal 3 car park level 4 with no problems. The frustration then was we couldn’t find a car park space anywhere on level 4 and neither could about 50 other cars. We couldn’t get near the meet and great area and we were stuck in a queue for about 30 minutes. It feels like there should be more allocated spaces to holiday extras or it will put people off. On our return we were an hour early and we were pleased that the car arrived as we got to the car park. However the driver couldn’t find a car park space so had to leave it in the driving lane and we had to pack our car as fast as possible.

I use Airparks all of the time. It's a really slick experience from when you drop your car, to getting the shuttle bus, and getting to the airport. Coming back is just the same. The staff are friendly and efficient too.

It was pretty seamless. The terminal 2 could be clearer that we need to go a certain way as there is a 'Meet and Greet' both sides of the short stay and so had to pay £8 as went the wrong entrance. Just make that information really clear. When I came to pick up the car was not a long wait but the car was parked while I watched instead of being brought over to us. Ok if we know that is what is happening as other peoples cars were being set down where they were standing. Overall great service and I'll use again.

Directions given prior to arrival were clear and easy to follow. Arrived earlier than originally booked but no problem getting on to site. Swift smooth drop off of the car and same for us at the terminal. On arrival back to the UK we waited approx 15 mins for the bus and picked the car up in under 5 minutes when we got back to site. All in all a very pleasant and smooth process, would definitely use again. Thank you.

It was a bit stressful for us as it was Heathrow airport and somewhere we're not used to and couldn't find the correct way in with the instructions and also a bit confusing with part of the car park not in use and the check in desk was at the lifts with no signs around to say where to leave the car. Other than that Holiday Extras was very easy to book and as our flight was cancelled It was easy to cancel and re book with a credit.

When dropping off the car at the meeting point you are expected to pay the short term car park fee for them to get your car out! £8 for 5 minutes a bit steep when I’ve already paid £180 for a two week booking! Also we arrived early as there was not much traffic on the motorway and were told we were too early in a rude manner. People set off early to avoid traffic on the M25 surely it’s impossible to turn up dead on time in London.

It's more about what went wrong. Direction to the parking is poor, it needs a sat nav post code. My car arrived back covered in sand, where on earth was it parked. It's a new car I'm not happy. No more maple parking for me.

Initial booking was easy enough and we flew from Heathrow Terminal 4 with Saudia Airlines to Riyadh. Unfortunately, our return flight with Virgin to Terminal 3 at Heathrow was cancelled and we rebooked with Saudia Airlines and flew back to Terminal 4. I contacted Reesha at Holiday Extras and asked that the car be taken to Terminal 4 due to the change of flight, and due to health issues it would make it easier for my wife and myself. However, on arrival, Purple Parking informed me that they had not been notified. I am disappointed that the message was not sent/received.

Everything was excellent except the instructions for finding the drop off point. There are so many different parking and drop off options that a really precise set of instructions and directions is required. T5 short stay is not good enough. You need to know to go into the short stay lane but then out of it again and then around level 4 to the drop off....otherwise very impressive. I've used offsite parking before which has been a disaster in terms of expectations setting and then meeting them. I called when a landed and my car was waiting for me with a paid parking ticket less than 20mins later.

All went well. Staff at airport purple parking very helpful and friendly despite being out in the cold lobby area The only thing was in the directions to the car park it doesn't state to aim for the short stay car park. We assumed it would be long stay then realised there was no ramp so turned around. But if you just say it's short stay that will be very helpful

I tried the Maple service because my car is charged under the LEZ and ULEZ restrictions. The instructions and directions were simple and easy to follow, the staff were very helpful, and the shuttle departed promptly, getting me to Terminal 5 in a very short time. When I returned, the car was exactly as I'd left it, with only 1.4 miles extra on the clock (obviously from being moved on site). It was easy to exit the site and drive home again. All in all, a fantastic service, and I will now continue to book this for my Heathrow flights.

This isn't the first time I've booked parking with you, and it's been pleasant and comfortable using your services. However, this time, due to my early flight (8:00 am), I booked at least 3 hours before returning the car. Then came the surprise! There was no airport shuttle at that time, and the office wouldn't open until much later, not early. This caused some anxiety, and I was advised to call an Uber to get to the terminal. I should mention that a staff member present mentioned that the app specifies or provides information about these situations at such early hours. In reality, when you book at those times, the app always shows that it's a 24/7 service and that there shouldn't be any restrictions like no shuttle to the terminal. "You should be as clear as possible and not hide any information from any customer." That morning, another couple was also surprised by this situation because they were similarly affected.

On first arrival we could not find the book in desk. Had to ask around. On return it was not clearly indicated where row C in the massive parking area was. Time allowed to exit too short. Had to pay £7.50 extra. My wife has mobility issues, I am 75 years old and struggling with 4 very heavy suitcases plus 2 hand luggages. Staff not very friendly, sort of “here’s you key, now f-off.

Very close to airport so minimal transfer time. I have used the service several times for T5 and there is always a bus waiting to take you to the airport. I had just missed one on the way back but I saw the bus after it left bus stop 30 and the driver was kind enough to stop for me.

Nothing went wrong but there was nothing pleasant about the service. The bus to the airport was overcrowded with insufficient space for luggage so I had to stand to stop my suitcase sliding about on the floor. There was also quite a long wait for it. None of the staff smiled and the whole experience was just tedious.

Well, I was one of the unfortunate ones who was stuck abroad due to the Middle East situation. I was delayed by 16 days and although I paid for late return cover, that only covered 2 days, I had to pay another £200 on top of the £200 I had already paid and my insurance doesn't cover it. On top of that, there was a fire in the Heathrow tunnel so I had to get from Terminal 2 to Terminal 5 with a lot of other travellers who were doing the same thing. Not Holiday Extras fault I know and MBW handled this very well but it added another 2 hours to my 20 hour journey!!

My first time trying meet and greet. wish i had done this years ago. It was so easy just to park in the short stay car park and hand your keys over. No issues on departure but a nightmare on return. We waited at terminal 2 bus stop 17 for 40 minutes and no bus arrived. After numerous attempts to contact the office we finally managed to get through and they then informed us we needed to go to terminal 5 on the tube to catch the bus. Easy and straightforward parking your car on arrival. Clear instructions. Drop keys at reception and take the shuttle bus to your terminal. Friendly, courteous staff. On your return catch the shuttle bus at the designated bus stop at your terminal back to the car park. Collect your keys at reception and your car is waiting . Plenty of space left round the cars to open doors and load luggage. Will definitely use this car park at Heathrow again.

The system worked well. My concern was access to the site, not obvious if coming form main Heathrow access and sat nav option was dangerous. Best to go up to next roundabout and head back. It is some way from the terminal and the pick up seemed to take ages and was a circuitous route so took a while. Otherwise it did the job, but at a price!

The sign posting to the meet and greet is really orful . I could not work out where the postcode was on the directions gave . It sent me in to the drop off zone . Easy location to find. Depending on your departure/arrival terminal, determine on transit, time. can be up to 25 minutes. If you just miss a bus be prepared for a cold wait as we had in March, from terminal 3, waited about 30 minutes for a bus to arrive.

Only thing that was an issue was that one of our tyres was quite flat and came up as a notification on the dashboard when we started up on collection, which meant I had to unload the cases to get at the pump. A heads-up when we collected it would have smoothed things a bit.

Easy to book parking at Heathrow via the app, with a nice discount as well. It's tricky to reach the parking location Meet & Greet, but I think it's because the signage at the airport. Easy and quick to leave the car, hand in the key, and hassle free collection as well.

We had a hotel booked for our return flights arrival, being approx 2000 and initially intended to collect our car 0800 the next day, as booked. However, we decided to collect on arrival and drive to hotel. We asked on drop off if this was possible, we were told yes, just text us when you arrive/await luggage, we did but car was not ready. Transfer bus was extremely slow, they need to consider separate bus for T5 as took 40 mins from our T2 to parking

The arrival instructions were great, but the access road upto the correct level is a bit tight, especially if you have a 4x4, but not your fault. The collection instructions need to mention to follow ‘airport parking’ when exiting the airport. Nothing on the airport signs mention short stay or long stay parking. The telephone handler just stated short stay parking level 3, not car park number.

My biggest issue was the directions to the T3 short stay car park. Sat nav didn’t seem to like it and the written directions did not work well. Once at the car park the signage for a competitors service added some confusion. The service was otherwise efficient at both ends of the trip.

I received no emails to explain how and where to find the M&G team and no signage at all at Heathrow for them - even inside the car park when I eventually found the right floor. When I tried to get hold of you for assistance your message referred me to the app which I then downloaded. This was useless and provided no detail and referred me back to my booking email which had no detail on it. Very straight forward service, arriving at the parking. Parked car up went to check in desk once I ground it at the far end of the car park. Polite man took details and keys then left for my holiday. All went well apart from the car was filthy both externally and internally when we pi ked it up. The car looked like it had been stored in a very muddy field. The outside of the car looked like someone had spun the wheels and splashed mud all over it. The drivers floor carpets were also covered in mud from their driver. The car will have to be valeted to get it clean. Not happy as this will cost me !!

Drop off easy enough, well organised and location not bad. Collecting the car was easy once back to base, my issue with this service is the bus. We waited a little while to leave and about 25 minutes for collection once back. After waiting an finally getting collected, the bus then went to another couple of picks up before taking us back for the cars.

The drop off and pick up service worked well but I was disappointed to find my car had a flat tyre having retrieved the key. The flat was obvious and the dashboard showed there was a problem. I would at least have expected Maple to advise me of this and potentially offer assistance if I had required it. That would be good service that would make me happy to use them again.

The only criticism I have is the lack of proper signage as you enter the Short Stay Car Park guiding us to your level 4. I took the wrong lane and couldn’t change to get up to level 4. So had to exit the carpark and pay £8. Not happy.

Very pernickity but.... On handover of keys you are asked to sign to declare that ALL personal belongings have been removed from the vehicle. Whilst not impossible, this is unlikely for most drivers of family vehicles. Perhaps the declaration should be modified to amend the disclaimer?

Overall happy with the service but without a very helpful member of staff who kindly talked us into the car park on a dark rainy early morning drive it would have proved more difficult. The collection process on return was seamless . We were delayed but the car was waiting and we were on our way quickly. The drop off process was a little more chaotic as it was really busy and there were limited parking spaces. Other cars trying to park were getting agitated while I looked for a space . There was no car check on either drop off or collection but everything was ok.

The instructions for how to find the relevant place could have been very simple but they were so bad that we ended up having to stop to review them, and call the helpline because we could not understand where to go. Unfortunately we stopped in area where you have to pay £7 just to stop your car. Not in a machine but by logging onto some website- just to add a bit of extra stress and complexity to the start of our holiday, and if you don't do so, it's an £80 fine. Which we may yet still receive in the post because you are only allowed to stop for 10 min and we had to wait there for someone to come to us, and it may well have been more than 10 min. Why on earth do the instructions not simply say "short stay car park, 4th floor, between aisle R and S" !? There would have been absolutely no issue. What should have been straightforward was unnecessarily turned into a stressful experience. Also, it's false advertising to say that the pick up is 5 min from the arrivals - yes it does take 5 min to get there, but then you stand around for 25 min while they retrieve your car. You may as well pay less to park further away.

Bus goes to all the terminals to drop and pick up passengers. We had not find the place for an hour. Postcode given took us to locked gates. When we arrived back at the base. I was told that your car was not supposed to be 11:00am. When I asked do you track the flights. Young girl at the reception told me they don’t track the flights. It was easy to find the drop off point once we had navigated Heathrow and managed to get into the terminal car park. It was quick and easy to drop the car off. There was a delay in getting the car back of around 20 mins which I felt could have been avoided given that we arrived within 8 mins of my estimated time on the booking, they knew our flight number, knew we were hand luggage only & I phoned as soon as we were through security. Having said that, I probably would book again as it is more cost effective than parking at the terminal for the duration of the holiday and more convenient than having to take a bus to a mid stay or long stay car park.

Purple parking at Heathrow is convenient, drive in park up in a lane , hand over keys and board the shuttle bus to terminal. You are given a receipt ticket for your return with which bus stop you need to pick the bus back up at arrivals. Long queue on return 25 minute wait and the bus turns up extremely busy , squeezed on, on way had to go to T5 to drop if other passengers which resulted in having to get off bus to let them off & then board again with other T5 passengers also trying to board, more shuttles needed to cope with demand! Second time using but may be won’t be a third time!

Checking in, all good, staff welcoming even at 5am, bus to T3 went T2 first but all good, about 10min journey. Return bus not great, picked up T3, went T2, nobody got on, then spent 15mins going to T5 again for no-one then 15-20mins back to purple parking site, should have seperate bus for T5, bus transfer took longer than it took from landing to passport control to baggage reclaim to customs to bus stop.

Drop off was easy, bus left as soon as we boarded and we were at 5NW terminal very quickly. On return, the bus was waiting so straight on. Quick return to the car park and collected the keys quickly. Staff were friendly and helpful, car was ready just outside. Only gripe would be the mud in the drivers footwell and door cill, an attempt had been made to protect the carpet but the dirty cover had been left in the car. Overall a good service I would use again.

We had an awful experience which was very stressful, we arrived early but had to wait 20-30 mins to be dropped off at the terminal. The driver didn’t help us place our luggage in the rack, there was no way I could have lifted a 22kg case and place it where I was supposed to. Then we had to rush to get our flight despite arriving at the parking point in good time. On the way back there was only 1 officer handing back keys, the queue was very long and he was very stressed. A horrible experience overall.

Very efficient service. When we arrived and parked the car the reception staff booked it in, took the keys and the bus got us to the terminal about 15 minutes later. On return we waited no more than 10 minutes for the bus, the car was ready to drive away and we were out of the car park within 10 minutes.
