Convenient stay at the hotel and great staff at both the hotel and car park. There is a problem when entering the long stay car park at Cardiff airport if you've booked a hotel/car park package which your company needs to resolve. The gate didn't open as expected and on checking the app, it advised that we should have registered with the hotel which is incorrect according to the hotel whom I then rang. The car park attendant (who was very helpful) said that they don't receive details from you for the combined bookings. Again on the way out, we provided our reference and explained the situation and it wasn't a problem but it's an additional hassle that could be avoided.

We used the park stay and fly option with Holiday Inn Express at Cardiff Airport. The hotel was clean, the staff were outstanding. Only issue we had to wait for the shuttle bus as they had collected other passengers and then dropped passengers off whilst we were waiting

Our stay at the Holiday Inn at Cardiff Airport was excellent however the return arrangements failed miserably due to no one at reception answering the telephone, despite trying on 5 occasions, like others we walked from the terminal in the rain to collect our car.
