Heathrow Official Meet and Greet Parking T3
Ideal if you want to walk to the terminal, Meet and Greet T3 means that a professional driver parks your car for you whilst you walk to check-in. Simply drive to the Short Stay car park and the rest is taken care of for you!
When you're away, your car will be moved to a secure car park that is secured by: fencing, floodlighting, 24 security patrols, and entry & exit barriers.
Forget finding a parking space and let someone else take care of your car with the great-value Official Meet and Greet at T3.
The Meet and Greet team have introduced new measures designed to make your journey as safe and contact-free as possible.
When you arrive you'll see members of the team wearing PPE. Social distancing is expected at all times and there will be signs in place to guide you.
Once your car has been parked it will be sanitised using an enhanced disinfectant. The main touch points of your car will be disinfected (including the key, door handles and steering wheel) too by the driver before being returned to you.
Need to know
There's no need to worry about parking, as a member of the team will meet you in the Short Stay and park for you.
Drive to the airport and head for the terminal – we'll give you more details in your booking confirmation – then check your car in at the Meet and Greet reception in the Short Stay car park. Give the driver your keys, then walk to the terminal, 2-5 minutes away.
The driver will take your car to a secured, airport-approved car park where it will stay until you get back.
Electric vehicle charging
Electric charging is available in the Short Stay car park where they have 3-7KW (rapid) charge units. When you check in your car mention it to a member of staff and they'll be able to provide you with more details.
Electric charging is subject to availability and you may need to download the Pod Point app.
This service is suitable for customers with limited mobility, as a shuttle bus isn't needed.
The car park is secured by:
- Entry and exit barriers monitored by CCTV
- 24-hour staff patrols
The small print
Government regulations require passengers at the airport to wear a face covering. Remember to bring a face covering and have it on before you get there. You'll need one for each member of your party.
The car park is open between 5am and 11pm.
Most standard cars (without trailers/no more than 8 seats) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit under the 2.2m entry barrier. Double-check the height of your vehicle if you're taking a roof box.
Early or late? If you're delayed coming back, you'll need to pay for the extra parking at the car park's normal rate. The amount you'll be charged will be based on the calculated difference tracked by the car park and will be displayed on the exit barrier screen. If you come back early, we can't give you a refund on any unused time.
