Included in every Holiday Extras travel insurance policy, this easy app is powered by Air Doctor, giving you speedy access to English-speaking and multilingual medical professionals day or night. From video consultations to in-person visits and prescriptions, it makes getting healthcare away from home easy.

How to get this service

You’ll receive an email after purchasing your policy with a link to register with Air Doctor. Simply download the app and start booking and managing your appointments.

Didn’t get the email? Try this instead:

• Download the Air Doctor app using Apple or Google Play
• Once open, go to ‘continue with email’ and follow the prompts
• Select Holiday Extras Cover - Anywhere GP from the list
• Enter your policy number and date of birth
• Click ‘Add coverage’
• You’re all set to go!

Things to consider when booking travel insurance

• Find the right insurance level - we offer Bronze, Silver or Gold options
• Choose single or an annual multi trip cover to fit the way you travel

AnywhereGP is available for non-emergency outpatient medical care during international travel in countries listed on the Air Doctor platform (not available for trips within the UK). The service covers up to €1,000 in consultation costs per policy period and is limited to three uses per person. Your first appointment must be with a GP, Paediatrician, or Dentist, with follow-ups available for other specialities (excluding Psychologists and Oncologists). Prescriptions issued can be claimed back upon returning home, with no excess. Register on the Air Doctor app to access care, and for hospital treatment or emergencies, contact our Medical Assistance team.
