With over 25 years' experience, it's no wonder Maple Manor is one of the most popular Heathrow parking packages. Their Meet and Greet service at terminal 5 is their most hassle-free parking method, saving you time and removing the hassle of transfers. All you need to do is drive to the terminal and meet your Maple Manor driver, who'll take your car to a secured car park while you walk to check-in. They'll even have it waiting for you at the Short Stay car park when you get back.

Need to know
Drive to the Short Stay car park and a member of the team will meet you at the Purple desk and park your car while you walk to the terminal.
On your return, walk back to the car park reception to check out and your car will be ready and waiting for you.
This packages comes with a ‘No Wait Guarantee'. If you have to wait longer than 10 minutes for your car to be returned you'll be refunded 25%. Any longer than 20 minutes you'll be refunded 50% and if you're waiting longer than 40 minutes you'll get all your money back.
This service is suitable for customers with limited mobility as you don't need to get a shuttle bus.
The car park is secured by:

The small print
Returning to a different terminal? Don't worry the car park constantly monitor flights, they will return the car to the terminal you are landing to.
Early or late? The car park offers a grace period up to midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £20 per day. This is subject to change.
Most standard cars will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit under the 2.05m entry barrier and fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m). Prices are for cars only. If you're parking a van, lorry, minibus, caravan, trailer or mobile home you'll be charged extra.
Make sure you leave enough time for your chauffeur to check your car for damage. It will only take a few minutes, but if you don't leave enough time, this may affect any claim you later make for damage.
All airport fees are included.
Don't forget to print your booking confirmation and take it with you as the car park will need to see this when you arrive.

- The correct return flight number, landing date and time have been given.
- Your flight doesn't land more than 15 minutes early, unannounced.
- There aren't any vehicle issues that prevent or delay the return of your vehicle, including mechanical, electrical, fuel.
- There are no road closures or accidents on the journey.
- Heightened security doesn't slow down entry to the airport.
Getting to and from airport
Arriving at the car park
Drive to the Short Stay car park - your confirmation will include directions and a postcode for your satnav.
Your driver will take a photo and check your car over for damage. You'll need to go to the Purple desk and give them your booking confirmation and car keys, as well as your return flight information.
From there, it's just a short walk to the terminal while the Handover Captain parks your car in a secured car park.
Returning to the car park
Once you've collected your luggage, walk back to the Short Stay car park to collect your car.
