Accessibility

This service is suitable for customers with limited mobility, as a shuttle bus isn't needed.

Security

The car park is in a gated compound and secured by:

• Security barriers
• CCTV
• 24-hour patrols

All uniformed drivers are CRB checked and fully insured.

The small print

From 29th August 2023 London's Ultra Low Emissions Zone (ULEZ) will expand to include Heathrow. You may need to pay the daily ULEZ charge when driving through Heathrow – make sure you check before you travel.

Returning to a different terminal? Your car will be dropped off and collected from Terminal 2. If you're returning to a different terminal, call the car park directly the day before your booking starts, to let them know and give your return flight number. If you don't, you will not be able to change terminals.

Early or late? The car park offers a grace period up to midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £15 per day. This is subject to change.

Help us go green! There's no need to print out your booking confirmation, show it on your mobile device.

Make sure you don't enter the terminal forecourt as you'll be charged. Just head straight to the Short Stay car park where you drop off / collect your car.

Most standard cars will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit under the 2.2m entry barrier. If your vehicle is larger than this, call the car park 20 minutes before you arrive and they can meet you at a different place.

Your car will be parked in a secured off-site compound while you're away.

Blue Circle is only available to take and return cars between 4am and 12 midnight.

During bank holidays, there may be some changes in how the parking works. Blue Circle will tell you about this if it affects you.

All airport fees are included.

Getting to and from airport

Arriving at the airport

Give the car park a call when you're around 30 minutes away to let them know you're on your way. They have a designated Blue Circle desk located in the short stay car park with friendly chauffeurs waiting to accept your car.

Drive to the Short Stay car park to meet your driver - your confirmation will include directions and a postcode for your satnav.

You'll need to give them your booking confirmation and car keys, as well as your return flight information.

From there, it's a short walk to the terminal while the driver parks your car in a secured car park.

Returning to the airport

Once you've collected your luggage call Blue Circle and walk back to the Short Stay car park to collect your car.

You'll have 15 minutes to exit the car park once your vehicle has been returned to you. Any longer than 15 minutes and you'll need to pay extra when you leave the car park.
