We're here to help when things go wrong and we'll resolve any hassles that you experience as quickly as we can.

Let us know what happened by providing as much information as possible, so we can investigate fully.

We normally resolve 80% of issues within 21 days (most are resolved within 7 days) although more complex issues can take a little longer as we need to investigate everything fully before we come back to you. At peak travel times, especially at the end of August, turnaround times can be a little longer but we expect to be back to normal service by September.

Whatever happens we promise we'll keep you informed throughout.
