We will never book with Blue Circle meet and Greet parking at Heathrow again. It took an hour for our car to be returned and when it finally arrived there was significant damage caused to the underside of the car, suggesting that one of their drivers had not driven the car with any car. We are seeking compensation from Blue Circle to pay for the damage caused. We did not check the reviews beforehand but wish we had. They have a terrible reputation.

The car took 35 minutes to arrive from the phone call made form baggage reclaim. I received a parking fine for the four hours that the car spent at the Holiday Inn at Heathrow for whatever reason that was, although this was also cancelled with a follow-up letter. I have no idea why my car was not move directly to the car park it was supposed to be out perhaps you could investigate in case it was unauthorised use. It also shows on the built in car tracker log. On my previous use of the same service the week before, the car arrived caked in dust from the off site car park it was parked in during the heatwave, this isn't really acceptable, it should be parked on tarmac. On both occasions I was only offered a shoulder shrug by way of acknowledgement, other companies show more customer care IMO.

The drop off was fine. Your system was that i was to call one of three numbers on the card given to me at the drop off, after collecting my luggage. One number came up as "not valid". I called the other two a total of 12 times and they were either engaged or there was no answer. Eventually I went to Level 4 at Terminal 2 and found my car was there.

Very poor performance on return journey. This is supposed to be a ‘meet and greet’ service. We had to wait in the car park for over 1 hour before our car arrived!!

The only link to the destination took us to the post code and we didn’t know where to go when we got there. We did two very slow laps of the area as there weren’t any signs for meet and greet. We ended up googling the phone number so they could talk us in. Why wasn’t this made more clear? Once we got to level 5 it was carnage with traffic completely log jammed and we couldn’t get to the proper bay and just parked where we could. Next time I would use long stay for less stress.

We booked Blue Circle Parking -Meet and Greet at T2 Heathrow. Terrible service. Too busy ,not clear and have just received a parking ticket as they had parked our car in T4 for 45 hours!!!!!! They put the phone down on me and the landline is incorrect. The TRUSTPILOT reviews do not match up with yours-1.5 out of 5!!!!!!

Waited 35 minutes for car to be returned at 10pm at night! advised at drop off return flight number but this was ignored so when I called when I collected my luggage I was advised it would be 25 mins for car - it was actually 35 mins

We used Blue Circle M&G at LHR - on returning from holiday, phoned them from baggage claim, advertised 20 minutes to get the car. We stood for an hour and 10 minutes waiting for the car. The excuse was that the car was blocked in at the site. Should they have been more prepared ? Lack of communication. Will not use again.

I had terrible experience with Blue Circle Meet and Greet. First it was the online directions that took me to T3 instead of T2. I couldn’t access T2 Level 4 and had to pay £15.50 at T3 and another £15.50 at T2 level 1. In all cases there were no directions to Blue Circle. When I finally made it to Level 4 their station was not manned and the phones were not being answered. It was stressful as we were running out of time. I will use Holiday Extras again but not for Blue Circle Meet and Greet ever again.

We followed the rules and called once we had all our baggage. We were then told it would be about 20 minutes before the car arrived. If fact it was 40 minutes plus, even to the point that the reception guy was calling to find out what was happening. Have used this service at Gatwick and was superb, next time maybe I will use the long stay, just as quick at Heathrow.

I was kept waiting at the drop off for 25 minutes and despite following the instructions to the letter, I had to wait for 25 minutes for a driver to return my car. For me, the benefit of valet parking/meet and greet is the speed of drop off and collection. I didn't get this benefit and would have been just as well saving my money and catching the bus to a long stay carpark!!!!

Had to wait 30 mins to drop car off at airport (no one there at counter), and another 30 mins to pick it after after returning, even though I phoned ahead. Man at the counter that time didn’t seem to care. Appalling service and not what you expect when you pay for meet and greet.

My car was return on time to the meet and greet , but cover in Mud ! the whole left side and read o vehicle was affected, inside the driver wells, the driver door was also muddy alongside the door seal were the driver had scrapped the door when getting out of the vehicle., this is was happens when you park the car on a building site . Laslty the driver seat memory setting had been changed , when there is 2 options. if you like a photo of the external state of vehicle to prove my point I have one. I had to take it to the be especially cleaned , on Sunday morning when I got back home. cost £ 10. You need to give your driver a bit more training or use other personnel who will take care of your customer's vehicle

Car was returned filthy. Back end covered in tree sap and dead material. Taken extensive washing and polishing to remove. Absolutely disgusted with service. Drivefly offered derisory £20 towards cleaning. Have pictures.

Unfortunately when I returned back from holiday, my car had been damaged while in the car of drivefly. While it was only small cosmetic damage to the bumper frustratingly they could not tell me how it was done and instead I have to email and wait up to 5 days for information on what to do and how they managed to damage my car while I was away.

The telephone number to get the car back was permanently engaged and when we did get the car back the tyres were covered in mud as if the car had been parked in a field. Not what we expected when paying for secure parking.

Very impressed. Efficient service. Only one negative- their written instructions were incorrect. It said the wrong exit from the m25 and took us to the wrong terminal. Luckily we had allowed enough time to get to the correct one. Apart from that they were very good. Would definitely use their services again.

Everything went fine. But when calling as instructed before arriving to the drop off point, we spoke to rather rude and unaccommodating staff. This did not add to my conserns of leaving my car to a stranger. ... Your instruction email states that you are to call 30 mins before arriving but according to your own staff this isnt true. Either change your email or change your processes .

Car filthy inside, showed delivery agent who agreed. Driver side footwell, pedals, door cill all muddy and carpet covered in debris. Paper protector that had been put down was all disentegrated and muddy and was left in for me to deal with. Car was cleaned day before traveling, will now require valeting

I done what was asked of me on return by phoning the number before we got to baggage collection. We were told the car would be waiting for us on level 4. We waited approx 30 before I phoned again. The car was there in 10 minutes
