The staff were polite and helpful . My car was taken after I left fpr the Irport with clearn instructions on where i needed t to be . On ,my return , it was one pho e call and my car took five minutes to arrive. . De.ighted with the zervice And would recommend highly . The extr £30 took the stress out of it .

It was all very good apart from suddenly being migrated on confirmation email to Terminal 2 Heathrow, when we had booked T3! But one of your staff sorted it out before we travelled.

My daughter in law and grandson and I arrived at level 2 on Tuesday,7th June and we were greeted by your staff. We managed to unload the car ourselves but it would have been nice if one of your staff had offered to help us! However, on my return on Wednesday, 15thJune your service was very poor. This time I was by myself and it was 43 minutes between calling your office ( requesting my car) and the time my car arrived at level 2. After an over night flight from Canada (AC 888) I was not pleased to have to wait this long for the car. Your e mail to me (when I booked) stated that the car would be ready waiting for me when I returned!

I am eighty-three years old, and beginning to find public transport (where available) difficult to use, so booked with you. I was met on arrival with courtesy, and the full instructions were given to me for retrieving the car on my return, including the number to telephone. When I came back on 17 June I was unable to find the ticket, having put it away in too safe a place; your representative, whom I happened to ask for help, managed to find and retrieve the car, and was outstndingly courteous and kind, calming my anticipation of spending several hours searching for my car, locating it, reassuring me and making sure that I was able to go home calmly.

All went smoothly, easy drop off at the airport and the car was waiting for us as we came out of departures. Excellent service and saved a lot of hassle getting a bus to some offsite parking area.

I was waiting for 1 hour for car to to be returned to car park. This was on my return to Heathrow. I had 4 children with me after a 12 hour flight . Would be more advisable to have car waiting at car park on return. You could check on computers as to flights arriving and pre arrange for cars to be ready for pick up. The last thing people want is to stand around for a long period of time after been on a flight. People just want to get home

Not exactly, my drop off was meant to a meet and greet, but there was no one there. 2 of the numbers listed to call said office does not open til 08:00. After a few attempts on the mobile, someone did answer and i was told i had to bring the car to level 3 bay at T3. Even then they did not have my details, apparently they were sent to T2. This is extremely poor service.

All in all it was o.k , The staff should be more aware of passengers and their vehicle arriving, as they have all the details of the vehicle and driver. A personal greeting would have made a real difference rather than me having to ask directions to where to park.

I am unable to use DriveFly again due to theft from my vehicle. It's a shame as the service was excellent but to have money blatantly stolen from my car is a serious crime and the companies employees have let them down.

disgusting service and I had my in car charger stolen for my mobile phone which I needed for my sat nav, I will be sending an email to the Manger of Purple parking and also putting my experience on social media so everybody gets to see this appalling service which was not cheap at £90

On arrival the team in the car park were not expecting us and we were not on his list of customers, this despite me having called the required number about 20 minutes prior to arrival, to be fair to the guy who managed us he did rescue the situation well

A very useful and efficient service which makes travelling through Heathrow much easier. My only adverse comment would be that the directions we were given to the drop-off point when we called before reaching the airport were rather vague and resulted in both us and the pick-up driver searching the carpark to find each other; this could be improved on
