Directions for the last few hundred meters were not clearly signposted. On my return my key fob was in two halves and only worked intermittently. This was not the case when it was handed over. We did like the convenience and it was priced competitively.

The drop off was great. They gave me a card to hand in when I return and I said call the number when you have collected your luggage so I did this the guy on the phone said ok we will have your car waiting. I got to the car park and my keys won't ready the was looking in all the bags for them when we got the keys and found the car it was parked so badly you could just open the door to get in and to get out the space it was a 10 point turn b

A good service. We travelled with a less-abled person that used a walking aid, the distance to the terminal was "do able" without much problem. Main problem was the lack of weather protection for us and the staff. We had to shelter under a tin shack roof whilst the efficient staff did the paperwork etc. in the pouring rain.

Difficult to find car park, surprised it was all outside with a man in the back of a van . Not great early morning in the rain . Also instructions for return could advise to take the left to the first floor & not just Car Park M. Nothin like the video on your Webb site !

The drop off site was hard to find initially, but now I know where you are it is fine. The security process with the keys , which I'm sure you review regularly, could be perceived as casual. Apart from those thoughts, everything went as planned and the service was easy to use. The staff were professional and friendly. Thank you.

There were no directions given once booked as to where we were to go to find the car park. After driving round Gatwick for a while we finally found a security guard who luckily knew where we were to go. There was no mention of the car park being located at the Hampton Hilton Hotel and no signs at Gatwick either. However, once we found the car park it all went smoothly - our flight was delayed and we had to pay an extra day but the office was very accommodating and the car was there when we did return.

No, this was a disaster. Your instructions to meet Maple Manor to collect my car were inaccurate, this most definitely was not "meet & greet". Very dissatisfied.
