Park and Ride packages combine your hotel with a nearby airport car park. For most packages, you stay overnight at the hotel, drive to the car park on the morning of your flight and take the included shuttle to the terminal. On your return, take the shuttle back to collect your car.
Packages with hotels at the airport can work differently. You may park first and take the shuttle to the terminal before walking to your hotel. This leaves you close to check in on the morning of your flight. Always check the procedure shown with your chosen package.

With a Meet and Greet package, park overnight at your hotel and drive to the airport the following morning. At the designated meeting point, a uniformed driver will check in your vehicle and take it to a secured car park while you walk to the terminal.
When you return, follow the collection instructions supplied with your booking and meet your driver at the designated collection point. This is a convenient choice for families, travellers with lots of luggage and anyone who wants to avoid a shuttle transfer.

Do not limit your search to the terminal you are flying from. Gatwick's free inter terminal shuttle runs 24 hours a day, takes around two minutes and operates every few minutes.
