Need to know
Drive to the meeting point in the Orange Short Stay at the South Terminal – you'll see the Maple car near the lifts. A member of the team will meet you and take your keys. They'll photograph your car and confirm your flight details, then move it to their secured car park while you take the short walk into the terminal.
When you get back, call Maple once you've picked up your luggage then head to the car park. Pick up your car and your keys and head home. Simple!

Accessibility
This service is ideal for anyone with accessibility needs, as a shuttle bus is not needed. It's also great if you're travelling with heavy bags or young kids – just drop your car and stroll to check-in.

The small print
Early or late? The car park offers a grace period up to midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £20 per day. This is subject to change.
Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles/no more than 7 seats) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit under the 1.8m entry barrier and in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).
Make sure you leave enough time for the team to check your car for damage. It will only take a few minutes, but if you don't leave enough time, this may affect any claim you later make for damage.
Your car will be parked in a secured compound, up to 6 miles from the airport. All airport fees are included.

Drive to the Short Stay car park – a postcode for satnavs and a link to what3words will be on your booking confirmation to make your journey easier.
Head to the Approved Operator area and the driver will check your car then take it to a secured car park while you walk 3 minutes to check-in.
Have your booking confirmation, car keys and return flight information to hand.
Returning to the airport
Give ACE Meet and Greet a call when you've collected your luggage, then make your way back to the car park, pick up your car and head home.
