Covid-secure
ACE has introduced a whole host of measures to make your meet and greet as safe and contact-free as possible.
On arrival you'll see perspex screens and signs encouraging social distancing. The team will be wearing PPE (masks and gloves which are changed regularly) and there'll be hand sanitiser for you to use. Your car key will be put in a clear bag, where it will stay until you get back.
When you return, your driver will return your keys to you from the bag and give you antibacterial wipes to use on your steering wheel and any other controls before you go.
Need to know
Drop your car off at the Short Stay car park. A member of the team will meet you there and park your car for you, while you walk straight into the terminal.
When you return your car will be brought back to where you were met on arrival.
Accessibility
This service is convenient for customers with limited mobility as a shuttle bus isn't needed.

The car park is manned 24 hours a day and has:

The small print
Your car will be parked in a secured compound, up to 6 miles from the airport.
You car will need to fit under the 1.8m entry barrier and fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m). If your vehicle is taller than 1.8m let the car park know when you call and they will meet you in an alternative area outside the car park.
ACE can't take vehicles with 8 or more seats, or Aston Martins, Ferraris, Rolls Royces, Bentleys, and Maseratis.
Early or late? The car park offers a grace period up to midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £10 per day. This is subject to change.
Don't forget to print your booking confirmation and take it with you as the car park will need to see this when you arrive.
Getting to and from airport
Arriving at the airport
Take a ticket at the entrance to the Short Stay and go to the Orange car park 3 on Level 1. Park in rows D or E and look for the Approved Operator area, where the ACE parking team will be.
The driver will take a photo and check your car over for damage. You'll need to give them your booking confirmation and car keys, as well as your return flight information.
From there, it's a 2-5 minute walk to the terminal while a professional driver parks your car for you in their secured car park.
Returning to the airport
Collect your luggage and call the car park to request the driver to meet you with your car - they'll tell you where to meet them.
You'll be given some documentation to sign and asked to check over your car again, then your keys will be handed back to you along with a ticket to get out of the car park.
