Need to know

Park in one of the arrival lanes outside the office at the car park, check in and drop off your keys. Your car will be parked for you while you get the shuttle bus to the terminal.

The bus runs on demand when it's needed and goes to both terminals. It's included in the price and takes less than 5 minutes.

When you land back give the car park a call and they'll bring your car back to the Approved Operator lane at the terminal forecourt.

Accessibility

If you have mobility issues, the dedicated operational team will assist you with your transfer to the airport terminal making it comfortable and hassle free. Please report to reception before unloading if you require special assistance.

The car park where your car is stored is secured by:

• Lighting
• Locked gate entry
• 24hr security guard

The car park has security measures in place to ensure your car is safe at all times and on your return I Love Meet and Greet - an approved operator will return your car outside the terminal.

The small print

Early or late? The car park offers a grace period until midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £10 per day, which is subject to change.

Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles or taxis/not long-wheelbase vans) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit under the …..m entry barrier and fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).

This service is operated by I Love Airport Parking Ltd outbound. Your car will be transferred to I Love Meet and Greet Ltd, an airport 'Approved Operator' which is also Trading Standards 'Buy with Confidence' accredited, who will return your car to you at the terminal forecourt.

Arriving at the airport

Full driving directions and a postcode for satnavs will be on your booking confirmation.

Park in one of the lanes outside the office and check in, leaving your car keys. Your car will be parked for you in the secured car park while you get the shuttle bus to the terminal.

The shuttle bus runs on demand, takes less than 5 minutes and is included in the price.

Returning to the airport

When you land back give the car park a call and they'll bring your car back to the Approved Operator lane at the terminal forecourt.

North Terminal - exit the building on the ground floor, cross over and pass between the two car parks where you will see the Premier Inn. Wait in the lane opposite the Premier Inn where your car will be delivered to you.

South Terminal - exit the building and take the lift down to the ground floor. Cross to the far lane marked Approved Operator where your car will be delivered to you.
