The whole experience was easy and straightforward - the parking lots are very secure so we left our vehicle for a week with no qualms - the staff are extremely helpful and we were sent updates so we always knew what the next step was - the shuttle buses buzz back and forth on a regular basis and take only 10 minutes a trip AND our drivers were so friendly and helpful

Directions to the car park were clear and straightforward, No queues and the staff were polite, efficient and friendly. My new car was safe with CCTV cameras and close to the reception. The shuttle bus was waiting to take us to the airport terminal and at the bus stop when we returned from our holiday. Very impressed and will definitely use again.

When air parks share the same pick up and drop off you should make it more clear that it is shared. Got on wrong bus, driver did not ask to see ticket he would have known. This was at GATWICK didn't realize we got onto a purple bus and went to there air parks and had to come back to GATWICK.

Fantastic and easy to find, self parked and was so simple. Coach right outside to take us to the terminal with a very friendly driver. Will def book this again.
