Drop off was easy south terminal, return was north terminal and told make our way to hotel Sofitel car park. arrived and shown where my car was parked. Car was park so close to another car i had to climb over car consol from passenger side to get into drivers seat. Quite difficult as now in mt seventies. I then found seat back was angled right back what i found odd, then driving out of Gatwicki found the heating in the car had been manually set to 28 , that seemed to me my car had been used as a resting place , using my expensive Diesel. so no i wont be using your company again

On returning to Gatwick South we rang Maple Parking after collecting our baggage, as requested but the phone was not answered. After several minutes we decided to return to the Orange car park. We were simply told we had to wait for our car and were given no explanation for the phone not being answered and no apology. After a delayed flight it was the last thing we needed to have to wait in the car park for our car. Disappointing and will not use Maple Parking again.

The whole process from start to finish was so swift and effective. Parking across one road to the terminal at Gatwick airport in the short stay car park, and then on return again, one road to cross. Given a ticket to use to exit the car park when the car was handed over. Car was waiting for us when we returned.
