There's no need to search for a parking space or catch a transfer with Holiday Extras Meet and Greet Gatwick South by Maple Parking. Covid-secure
Holiday Extras Meet and Greet has introduced a whole host of measures to make your meet and greet as safe and contact-free as possible.
On arrival you'll see perspex screens and signs encouraging social distancing. The team will be wearing PPE (masks and gloves which are changed regularly) and there'll be hand sanitiser for you to use. Your car key will be put in a clear bag, where it will stay until you get back.
When you return, your driver will return your keys to you from the bag and give you antibacterial wipes to use on your steering wheel and any other controls before you go.
Need to know
Drop your car off at the Short Stay car park. A member of the team will meet you there and park your car while you walk to the terminal.
When you get back give the driver a call to let them know you're ready and your car will be returned to you where you were met on arrival.
Accessibility
This service is suitable for customers with limited mobility, as a shuttle bus isn't needed.

The small print
Your car will be parked in a secured compound, up to 6 miles from the airport.
Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles/no more than 7 seats) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit under the 2m entry barrier and fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).
Early or late? The car park offers a grace period up to midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £10 per day. This is subject to change.
All airport fees are included.
Don't forget to print your booking confirmation and take it with you as the car park will need to see this when you arrive.
Getting to and from airport
Arriving at the airport
Take a ticket at the entrance to the Short Stay and proceed to the Approved Operator area in Car Park 5.
The driver will take a photo and check your car over for damage. You'll need to give them your booking confirmation and car keys, as well as your return flight information.
From there, it's just a short walk to the terminal while a professional driver parks your car for you in a secured car park.
Returning to the airport
Once you've collected your luggage, call the car park to request the driver to meet you with the car. You'll be given instructions on where to meet your driver.
At their discretion, Holiday Extras Meet and Greet will give you up until midnight on the date you have booked to collect your car. If you go into the next day you will be charged £10 per day.
