Need to know

Drive to the meeting point in the Orange Short Stay at the South Terminal – you'll see the Maple car near the lifts. A member of the team will meet you and take your keys. They'll photograph your car and confirm your flight details, then move it to their secured car park while you take the short walk into the terminal.

When you get back, call Maple once you've picked up your luggage then head to the car park. Pick up your car and your keys and head home. Simple!

Accessibility

This service is ideal for anyone with accessibility needs, as a shuttle bus is not needed. It's also great if you're travelling with heavy bags or young kids – just drop your car and stroll to check-in.

Your car's in safe hands. We only work with trusted car parks that take care of your car like it's their own. While your car's with them, it's fully protected – so you can head off without a second thought.

The small print

Early or late? The car park offers a grace period up to midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £20 per day. This is subject to change.

Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles/no more than 7 seats) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit under the 1.9m entry barrier and in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).

Make sure you leave enough time for the team to check your car for damage. It will only take a few minutes, but if you don't leave enough time, this may affect any claim you later make for damage.

Your car will be parked in a secured compound, up to 6 miles from the airport. All airport fees are included.

Getting to and from airport

Arriving at the airport

Drop off your car in the Orange Short Stay car park near the terminal. Hand your keys over to a member of the team and they'll park for you while you stroll to the terminal.
