A member of the Airparks team will park your car for you, leaving you to catch the free shuttle bus to the terminal without any hold ups. Transfers take just 10-12 minutes and run 24 hours a day! On your return, simply catch the bus back to the car park and you'll be able to collect your car.

Everything was fine my only upset was on boarding the bus to collect my vehicle I felt singled out when asked if I am sure I am taking the right bus and requested to show my receipt. whilst the other two customers boarding did not have this treatment but a nice conversation and welcome on the bus.

The team at Airparks has introduced a whole host of measures designed to make your experience as safe and contact-free as possible.
At reception you'll see perspex screens and hand sanitiser will be available for you to use. The shuttle buses will be cleaned and sanitised more regularly and there will be fewer people to encourage social distancing.
Park in an arrivals lane and drop your keys at reception. Your car will be parked for you while you get the shuttle bus to the airport. The buses run every 10-15 minutes, 24 hours a day and a return journey is included in the price. It takes between 10-12 minutes to reach the terminals.
When you get back the bus will pick you up where you were dropped off.
Both the waiting area and shuttle buses are completely accessible to wheelchairs and pushchairs, and because the staff do the parking accessible parking spaces aren't needed.
The reception has toilets, including disabled ones, baby changing facilities and a sheltered waiting area with seating.

Government regulations require passengers on shuttle buses to wear a face covering. Remember to bring a face covering and have it on before you get on the bus. You'll need one for each member of your party.
We recommend giving yourself around 30 - 40 minutes to drop your car off and get the shuttle to the airport.
Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit under the 2.4m entry barrier and fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).
Early or late? The car park offers a grace period up to midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £8 per day. This is subject to change.

Returning to a different terminal? Don't worry this car park runs shuttles to both terminals. On your way to the airport ask your bus driver where to go on your return.
