Need to know

Keep an eye out for the orange APH sign and follow the fenced road into the car park. Drive through the ANPR barrier and pull into the nearest arrivals lane before heading into reception.

Hand over your keys at the desk – the team will park your car and give it a battery top-up while you're away. While they take care of that, grab a coffee from the machine and head to the bus stop. Shuttles run every 10 to 15 minutes, 24 hours a day, and take around 10 to 12 minutes to the airport depending on your terminal.

When you get back, catch the shuttle to the car park and pop into reception to collect your keys – the team will let you know exactly where your car is parked.

You'll find the postcode for satnavs and a handy what3words link in your booking confirmation to make your journey smooth from start to finish.

Accessibility

Both the car park and shuttle buses are accessible for wheelchair users and pushchairs. If you need help, the team can bring your car to an accessible space near reception and the bus stop when you get back.

Facilities

You'll find toilets and baby-changing facilities just outside reception, plus a coffee machine for those early starts or late returns.

Security

Your car's in safe hands. We only work with trusted car parks that treat your vehicle as their own, with round-the-clock monitoring for total peace of mind.

This secured car park includes:

  • CCTV monitoring
  • Entry and exit barriers
  • Perimeter fencing
  • 24-hour patrols
  • Electric vehicle charging

Electric Vehicle Charging

Before you get there, make sure you've packed your charging cable and any extras you need, and that your car has at least 5% battery. If your vehicle has a valet mode, turn it on when you arrive.

The team will top up your car's battery once when you first drop it off, so it might not be fully charged when you get back.

The small print

We recommend giving yourself around 30 to 40 minutes to drop your car off and catch the shuttle to the airport.

Most standard cars (without trailers or commercial vehicles) are accepted, as long as they fit under the 2.4m barrier and in a standard parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).

Early or late? There's a grace period until midnight at the team's discretion. After that, you'll be charged the standard rate of £15 per day (subject to change).

Returning to a different terminal? No problem – this car park runs shuttles to both terminals. Just ask your driver where to go on your return.

Getting to and from airport

Arriving at the car park

Park in an arrivals lane and drop your keys at reception. Your car will be parked for you while you get the shuttle bus to the airport. The buses run every 10 to 15 minutes, 24 hours a day and are included in the price. It takes between 10 to 12 minutes to reach the terminals.

The postcode for satnavs and a link for what3words will be in your booking confirmation to make your journey easier.

Returning to the car park

Take the bus back from the dedicated bus stop, right outside the terminal and head back to reception to collect your keys.
