Very efficient in both directions. Only criticism is very tight manoeuvering space at drop off/pick up. Everyone is in everyone's way.

Drop-off and pick-up near the terminal.
Need to know:
North Terminal: Drive your car to the Sofitel hotel car park and head to the dedicated meet & greet area. Park in a meet and greet bay and look out for a uniformed driver.Walk to the terminal in 3 minutes.
South Terminal: Drop your car off at the Short Stay car park. A member of the team will meet you there and park your car for you, while you walk straight into the terminal.
When you return your car will be brought back to where you were met on arrival.
Accessibility:
This service is convenient for customers with limited mobility as a shuttle bus is not required.Security:
The car park is manned 24 hours a day and has:- Fencing

The small print:
Your car will be parked in a secured compound, up to 6 miles from the airport.There is no height restriction for the North terminal, but a 1.8m restriction for the South. There is a 1.8m restriction and ACE can only take cars that fit into a standard size parking space which is 2.4m x 4.8m. If your vehicle is taller than 1.80m please inform the car park when you call and they will meet you in an alternative area outside the car park.
ACE cannot accept vehicles with 8 or more seats, or Aston Martins, Ferraris, Rolls Royces, Bentleys, and Maseratis.
At their discretion, ACE will give you up until midnight on the date you have booked to collect your car. If you go into the next day you will be charged £10 per day.
Booking confirmations must be printed and taken with you.
Getting to and from airport
Arriving at the airport:
North Terminal - head to the Sofitel car park, take a ticket. Follow signs for "meet & greet operators" - walk to the terminal in 3 minutes.South Terminal - take a ticket at the entrance to the Short Stay and proceed to the Orange car park on Level 1. Park in rows D or E and look for the Approved Operator area, where the ACE parking team will be.
The driver will take a photo and check your car over for damage. You'll need to give them your booking confirmation and car keys, as well as your return flight information.
From there, it's a 2-5 minute walk to the terminal while a professional driver parks your car for you in their secured car park.
Returning to the airport:
Collect your luggage and call the car park to request the driver to meet you with the car - they'll tell you where to meet them.You'll be given some documentation to sign and asked to check over your car again, then your keys will be handed back to you along with a ticket to get out of the car park.
