Need to know
Head to the Sofitel hotel car park's dedicated Meet and Greet area, drive through the car scanner and park in one of the bays. Hand over your keys at reception and your car will be parked in a secured car park while you take the short walk into the terminal.
When you return, walk back to the car park, pick up your car and head home.

The small print
This car park has a ‘No Wait Guarantee'. This means if you have to wait longer than 10 minutes for your car to be returned you'll be refunded 25%. Any longer than 20 minutes you'll be refunded 50%, and if you're waiting longer than 40 minutes you'll get all your money back.
This guarantee applies as long as:
- The correct return flight number, landing date and time have been given.
- Your flight doesn't land more than 15 minutes early, unannounced.
- There aren't any vehicle issues that prevent or delay the return of your vehicle, including mechanical, electrical, and fuel.
- There are no road closures or accidents on the journey.
- Heightened security doesn't slow down entry to the airport.
Early or late? The car park offers a grace period up until midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £20 per day. This is subject to change.
Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles/no more than 7 seats) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m) and fit under the 2.1m entry barrier. If your vehicle is taller than 2.1m, let the car park know when you call and they'll meet you in a different area outside the car park.

The barrier will open automatically, then follow signs for Meet and greet operators.
The driver will check your car then take it to a secured car park while you walk 3 minutes to check-in.
Have your booking confirmation, car keys and return flight information to hand.
Returning to the airport
Make your way back to the car park, pick up your car and head home.
