there were no signs telling us any thing where to park, someone later told me you put your keys in a box some where, didn't see any sign. On our return I looked, but again nothing sin posted so I took my keys with me and left my car on the fist upper level. I just hope i don't get find for that. A young man did come took my licence number said they know you are coming so go over there, they will come. No one came as I said!!!!!!

The barrier didn't go up on arrival so I pressed the intercom, the man arrived and said my car wasn't booked in even though I showed him the confirmation he allowed me into the car park and the gentleman inside was super helpful and said the camera just hadn't recognised my car reg, this is the first time this has happened to me as I book with you all the time. I did find it a long way from T2 and after a late flight back did not like the walk back to collect my car as a lone female I felt vulnerable.

Really liked that the car was put through a series of cameras on arrival and there were lots of staff to help. It was very slick and easy. However, when returning to the car, the seat positions had been changed, so had the radio station as well as the sound settings. What else have they been doing in your car?

More regularly bus service, we waited half hour at man t3 for bus in which time other car park companies had been round 2 or 3 times

Car park has doubled in price since the T2 migration, it’s a great car park but just too expensive now.

Easy to use. Near to the terminal. The only thing I would comment on is the handwriting to inform us where our car was parked:- It was difficult to decifer.

Easy to find and easy to park. Barrierless entry/exit makes it simple. Lower floors were all packed, so worth driving up a few floors (we parked on 6) where you’ll probably find plenty of spaces.

Directions were spot on. Not sure where the cameras were though on incoming and outgoing from the car park looked like they all had bags over and no barriers so what’s happened? Free parking
