It was a great place to park. No issues with getting in or out, number plate recognition worked. Regular bus transfer to airport.

Directiions to car park were wrong. Airport signage to car park was terrible and then signage within the airport was awful too! I appreciate the airport is undergoing significant construction but surely better signage isn't too difficult! Actual car park was fine - found space easily, barriers worked etc.

It’s reasonably easy to get to the airport and to get to the meet and greet. Staff are extremely helpful and help you all the way to get into the airport and secure your keys. Return journey was exactly the same car was waiting for us. Excellent service would recommend every time.

Easy to find as well sign posted. Checking in a breeze, went better than expected. Return collection was also very smooth. Follow the collection instructions printed on your receipt and not the airport signage as it could take you to where you hand in the key upon arrival and not the pick up point which could be on another level of the car park.

Most was pretty straightforward apart from the signs which are now just numbers which I found a bit confusing I was originally booked in p13 but was informed it had been changed to p10 when I returned to the car park a message on the screen told me to go to reception as I owed £61 which was a suprise as I'd covered all baces with the extra coverage in the end all was sorted and I wasn't required to pay anything and I was soon on my way home so all in all not too bad experience

The parking is a little out of the way but that’s why it’s cheaper. Once there everyone was very helpful and told us exactly what to do. You have to phone them when you have your bags but because another review said she was waiting in the cold I phoned when we got off the plane, I didn’t need to because when we left the airport the bus was waiting. Back at the office the key was waiting and we were told where the car was you have to find it yourself but because my partner doesn’t walk well I told him to wait in the office then one of the driver’s offered to get it for us which was very kind.

The only problem was the TomTom Sat Nav took me to the car park exit, not the entrance. With a bus parked in front of the building on the road the entrance sign was totally obscured. Trying to access the site, progress was blocked by a returning bus meaning more frustration! Next time will be better! The returned text, received on arrival confirmation, was very helpful and everything else ran smoothly indeed. I'd happily only look to use this parking service for Manchester Airport.

There is currently more of a walk to T3 check-in than there used to be from T3 multi-storey. The route is not well sign posted from the car park. This is obviously down to the airport rather than Holiday Extras.

On arrival couldn't fault it, ease of drop off and friendly service. On return-signage was bit confusing. When first leave it directs you through to near the lifts, but wasn't a clear where to go or what to do. A gent stopped and helped us to get to the key lockers. Also when finding the car, it would be great if each car park spot was allocated a number instead of just the parking area zone. We only found our car because we were able to set the alarm off with the key so followed the noise.

We booked meet and greet at T3 a couple months previously to our holiday . In the meantime ,the car parks were changed by the airport we were “upgraded “ to drop and go express . Signage was good and the instructions from Holiday Extras were clear and helpful. It all worked just like meet and greet has previously and the staff were absolutely brilliant. It is very near to departures On our return , it was quite a long walk back . The route is much further from arrivals . It was fine for us but if you are tired , have lots of baggage , small kids or are less mobile it might be a stretch . Directional signage was good . Key collection and finding the car was very easy .

The car parking was ok. The main problem was on our return. The car park was flooded in places (where our car was parked)! There were pot holes all over, filled with rain, then driving our, we had to avoid all the deep holes. The bus to the terminal was very good, as was the driver.

However on the return to collect my car I noticed the car light ip air freshener had been broken so now I only have one of a pair so not happy !! We came for a practice run 2 weeks earlier and missed the turning and ended up going to drop off. I paid as soon as I got home ( obviously only £5) but I emailed to tell them . Apparently I’d input my number plate incorrectly so they slapped a late payment on me . I had to verify my bank details, they then said to ignore the late payment they found my paid details. The problem was the signs . I parked at T2 meet and greet but it’s now called P1. The guy that sent me replies to my emails sent me a map and it’s still called T2 .?? Wasn’t helpful

It’s an excellent service overall, we always use it and always will however the signage for the car park itself and also the signage for when you arrive home for the lockers is questionable and rather confusing. So you have Level ABCD and also decided to name your lockers ABCD and they are not all on the same level, in the smallest of writing on the receipt it does say where you need to go - 1st or second floor, however with suntan lotion and blurry eyes from no sleep from an overnight flight it’s difficult to see, so you follow the huge signs in the lift area, where everyone is trying to get the 2 lifts with a huge queue forming, only to find with your magnifying glass it does say that A&B is on level A, CDE are on level B Why don’t you call them Something else, like 1,2,3,4,5 or name them, disney characters using the same system as the floors will confuse people. I even knew from last time and still made the error, don’t was an extra 35 minutes waiting and getting the lifts up and down before we departed the airport. You are processing cars/people, not wanting them to hang around longer while they circumnavigate the available levels

We've booked this car park so many times but unfortunately, this time wasn't exactly easy on the outward parking or the inward pickup. The Car Park has gone from Multi Storey T1 to P12-the treck from there to Terminal 2 was far longer than we have been used to and seemed so convoluted and the return journey was even worse. Nowhere in the terminal did it mention P12 parking despite us following the All Car Park signage which took us in the opposite direction. Hopefully it will be okay for our next booking in July which I had already booked - if I hadn't then I most definitely would have a re-think.

I have used Holiday Extras several times to book Meet and Greet parking at Manchester Airport. It is always very easy to make a booking and it is generally competatively priced. The App is also very good. I had to cancel a previous booking for December and move it to April. This was also very easy to do. On our return, the car was close to the key pick up lockers as my husband has a disabled badge. Great service.

Outbound- Arrival and parking was hassle free, works well and staff are cheerful and helpful, started off great. Comming back to my vehicle to find the driver side window fully open was not great at all. I would expect someone to get a talking to for that mistake!! I use M&G at Manchester Airport at least twice a year for many years now and have never come accross this before. Attention to detail goes a long way guys.

The carpark is ideal for using T1/3. The signs inside the carpark could be better, we wandered around a bit till we worked out which way to go and the same issue as we came out from the terminal. Great car parking option - easy to find with new P1 signage. Automatic vehicle recognition to raise access barrier and helpful staff. Key collection system on return is easy to use as is location of vehicle. Only negative is the parking spaces are a bit tight for an SUV.

Too long between buses, we waited over 45 mins on our return at the bus stop for the pickup back to the car park which was a shame. I’d pay extra next time to be in a closer car park that we could walk to. The car park was very pot holey, some repairs are much needed. Drivers were friendly so great staff but let down by the 2 key issues.

The bus transfer to the airport on the departure day was a real weak point. There were not many buses running and the ones that were were so full people were struggling to get on them. The driver was asking control to send more buses but he was told there was a shortage. Bad planning. The arrival home again was very smooth, as it should be.

We have used this service at Manchester Airport before and at that time the organisation of the service was still in its early stages- signposting on major roads etc. and had been difficult. Now it’s completed it would be helpful to know how to find your car in the car park. Last time we were told where to find our car but this time all assistance has gone. We were not told that the instructions were on the car key fob but maybe it would be good to advise people that it is on the fob and that it directs you to the colour coded bay.

We always park at Jetparks 3 when travelling from Manchester and it was excellent as always with the exception of the driver giving us false information regards T3. We were staying in the Crowne Plaza near T3 for the night as our flight was 5.50am, but he told us that no flights were going out of T3 so drove straight by the terminal. When I questioned this he was adamant he was correct. He did drop us at the hotel which was great & I got confirmation from the airline & hotel that they were using T3! This could have been stressful for vulnerable travellers!

Automatic number plate recognition didn’t work on arrival. Luckily there wasn’t a queue behind us as it took a while using intercom to gain entry. Once in the parking was stress free and really easy. Collection of keys on return and parking location nice and clear. Would use again

Easy to drop off your vehicle and pick it up again (as long as you don’t lose your ticket!) The only drawback is waiting for the bus to pick you up and take you to terminal 2. It can take a few minutes. But cheerful efficient service.

The service worked fine, found a parking space, bus came as expected and the drivers on both legs were friendly. However, the craters (too large to be called pot holes) in and around the site are a disgrace and only a matter of time before serious damage to bumpers, tyres and suspensions occurs. This is a private area, so the owner of the site needs to take responsibility and spend some profits on site improvements.

Parking on arrival was fine and we didnt wait long for transfer at all. Our return was delayed by a day due to flight being cancelled. I had tried several times to add delay insurance for £1.99 before our holiday but could not complete it on system. The day we were delayed I tried 3 times to ring your helpline as advised online but could not speak to anyone. As a consequence I had to pay £61.27 over charge on leaving car park for 1 day which was more than i paid for 8 days when it wasnt my fault. Thanks for your attention

What you offer is real in context no bull and that means alot when you have a disability and your husband/carer is the driver such supports him, not to mention the transfer bus from Jet 3 stops (which are well identified) runs often no long waiting times and the drivers are always nice/friendly and accomodating ( even down to lowering step on the bus to board and ensuring you are allocated a seat reserved for disabled overall a much appreciated service .

The parking was great as usual but the entrance was difficult to find. I stopped for 52 seconds to check my car parking in the app and got a £100 fine issued. I appealed and got it cancelled but just wanted to warn you all as at 4am when you're lost and don't want to miss your flight "don't stop your car anywhere". The new sky tunnel was good to walk through indoors but the travelaters weren't switched on so it felt like a really long walk to terminal 2. Must book a closer car path next time ha ha. Anyway great holiday and found my car easily on my return.

Mostly good. Car was parked in yellow zone which was appreciated but was impossible to open passenger door, only drivers side due to massive car in next bay. As we are blue badge holders and my son as passenger is the one with the disability, this was awkward and needed lots of manoeuvring to get out enough to let him in with him standing watching ( not ideal as I usually hold his hand around traffic)

Once at the car park all went smoothly with the barrier less system. Once parked it was easy to get to arrivals in a few minutes. No problem on the return. Biggest problem is making sure you don’t miss the right turn to take you round to the car park. It would help if bushes were cut back. I have to follow in google maps on my phone as several times we have missed it and ended up on the motorway .

The sign posting to the car pick up could be better. Always would prefer to deal with an actual human being and not keen on the machines but suspect they are here to stay no matter how many people don’t like them!

Manchester airport is very confusing at the moment. This car park was hard to find and a longish walk. We travelled from Manchester last month and the car park was much more convenient.

Everything went well apart from the signs for the P1 car park. The road sign stopped show P1 which suggested that we has already passed the entrance. Had to go round again. Not a major problem. More of an inconvenience. Also the P1 sign at the entrance was tiny

Smooth transfer and stress free. Friendly bus drivers both ways. Only complaint is that the carpark itself between rows to park is like the surface of the moon! Huge potholes, so bad for cars. It all needs tarmac like on the edges of it.

Entry/exit to car park very smooth. It would be a big improvement if bus drivers would shout out the stop being approached, especially at night when passengers can't see. Had to wait over 30 minutes for a bus at the airport, not very nice at 3am in the morning.

Very easy to book. Never had a problem with reg recognition. The order of the car park letters and bus stop numbers is a little confusing. It's only because we've used the service enough times now to know roughly when to get off. Only thing we would say is that it's a little manic at the airport when waiting for the return bus. It would be helpful to have 3 queues for JetParks Ringway, JetParks 1 and JetParks 3. It was very early in the morning (2am) and I was 6 months pregnant and we also have a 3 year old. But people were just pushing in to make sure they had a space on the bus as it was busy. Maybe some way of forming 3 separate queues where people have to wait would be helpful. Will definitely book it again though as it's so convenient

We always use on site terminal parking and book through Holiday Extras 3-4 times a year. It's not your fault but the rebranding of car parking at Manchester Airport (T2 West is now referred to only as P3), the removal of barriers and the countless warnings of legal action and fines if you overstay or are not pre-booked makes you wonder if you are in the correct place and are not going to be pursued by some "cowboy clampers". At least when there were barriers in place to enter and exit you felt assured your details were correct. It also presumably makes it easier for thieves to take your car

Drop off went well no problems there. Pick up was not a good experience as my car drivers door was about ten inches from another car and the parking spot was too small so it was a struggle to get in and I had to go forward and reverse about ten times to get out of the parking area. Also all the mirrors had been changed, The steering settings had been changed and the seats had been changed.

Shuttle bus waited for 10-15 mins with a dozen or so passengers on before leaving P16 for the airport. Took a very roundabout route on the return journey (may be unavoidable due to road configuration around the airport). Everything else great ????

Could do with more sign posts to entrance from main roads. Overall a positive experience, registration plate recognition worked well. Parking easy. Safe. Please note, take a note of which zone you have parked in. Would be a good idea to have free ticket machine for each zone with zone letter printed on it to help you find your car on return. Also take a note of the number of the bus stop you get on at for return journey or take photos.

On arriving to our car to come home it wouldn’t start . Went to bus stop and stopped a bus and they radioed through for assistance. Within 10mins someone came to our rescue and jump started our car. Absolutely brilliant service

Easy to find the car park then fully under cover to walk to the terminal. Longish walk if you have any mobility problems but mostly flat and lifts provided where necessary.

When we arrived it was difficult to find a space but then plenty near the end of the car park. The driver to the airport was amazing, lifted everyone's case on racks and fabulously friendly, made the journey fun. On return had to wait about 25mins in the cold (1,30am). Driver did not help anyone and lots of people were stood with their cases and children....

Parking at terminal 2 was easy enough except signage to M&G was not clear. Booking the car in was good and there were people on hand to assist. We have a disability badge, the information on the return parking was wrong, sending us to the incorrect area and once there the car was parked so close to an SUV that I couldn't get into the car and had a clamber over from the passenger side. Overall the experience was ok, but for the amount we paid for parking I would have expected better

Booking through holiday extras no problem as usual and the directions to the car park were accurate, as always with these multi storey car parks you have to drive round a bit until you find a space! Make sure you note where you’ve parked and on what level. But all in all it was pretty hassle free.

Process was simple and car park well signposted. When I collected my car on my return home the rear passenger window had been left open so not too happy about that. Not holiday extras fault though so please pass on my comments in relation to this issue

Everything went like clockwork with the system, it was so easy I understand that my car was moved a short distance from the drop off for parking and that is has to be done so safely. However, all of my settings for seating were changed including the height of the steering wheel, the wing mirrors, the height of the chair, the person driving it must have been 7 foot tall. This was quite frustrating when after a long flight and a long day all I wanted to do was get in my car and drive away. The height of the customer driving the car should be noted so that a similar size driver could move the car

For the difference in price, I would book something far closer. I don’t understand why the team don’t proactively track flights landing to gauge when the shuttle is needed. We had to wait 20 mins for its arrival after I called, then the 15 mins to the lock up to pick up the car. It’s not worth the price difference after a long flight, given it adds at least 30 mins to your journey home. No complaints about the team themselves - friendly staff.

The car park in a lot of areas is stone and there are some large potholes and when rains you can't see how deep they are! We had to avoid several pot holes when finding a car park space. This is the only complaint. This was in Jet Park Ringway.

Whilst I’d use this service again, only reluctantly & this would be in the hope / expectation of prompter bus transport. Fine on the way out - very poor on return - 2 buses for jetparks ringway and 3 for jetparks3 came during the 25 mins I waited without a single bus for jetparks 1 appearing. One of the bus drivers radioed through to find out what the issue was / chase up - seemed like only one bus going both ways - this at 8pm in evening - expected much better.
