Hotel was lovely, the staff were really helpful and I was delayed a day returning and the hotel didn't charge me and were really reassuring when I called them from Crete to say my flight had been cancelled. I will therefore always book this hotel when I travel from Manchester Airport.Miss Finn (Clayton Hotel)

Families appreciate the quick covid-secure shuttle to all terminals. It's included, along with the gym, fun zone & wifi!
The Clayton hotel has introduced strict hygiene standards designed to keep your stay as safe as possible. When you arrive at the hotel you'll see a whole host of changes, with extra cleaning in all areas and sanitation stations for you to use.
Your room will be cleaned thoroughly with disinfectants and enhanced cleaners, with extra emphasis on high-touch areas including light switches and TV remotes. There'll also be a room seal on your door for added peace of mind that your room has been deep-cleaned ready for you. At breakfast, there won't be the traditional buffet, but a full table service instead.
The included shuttle buses are sanitised more regularly too, with touchpoints being cleaned after each journey. You'll need to wear a mask on the bus, and the driver will be too. To help maintain social distancing, fewer people will be on the bus at a time.
Getting to the airport
The hotel offers a 24-hour complimentary shuttle bus to all terminals.
Terminal 1 & 3: 5-minute walk.
Terminal 2: 5-minute shuttle ride
You can walk to each terminal. It's 5 minutes to Terminals 1 and 3, and 16 minutes to Terminal 2. We'd recommend taking the shuttle though, to avoid crossing the busy roads.
