Blue Circle, outside contractors at the Valet parking lot, not fit for purpose. Birmingham Airport is the worst I've ever travelled from in regards to meet & greet from holiday extras. Never again

Dropping car off was no problem, our flight on return had changed we booked the return for collection 1 pm . But it was 1 am we returned . We told the person who we handed car to to make sure it was 1 am he said no problem he will make sure it’s chsnged . We then received a text asking us for flight number and time of arrival in uk so we replied as soon as we read the text. On our return while waiting for our bags which took some time we rung the 3 mobile numbers no reply but we left a message on each one . When we went to collect car it was not there !! We had to wait for about 3/4 hour for the car to arrive . Then the chap st the machine said it was because it had 1 pm on the booking . But we had told you first when we dropped off the car . We were tired and this added additional time to return home . I have used your service for quite a few trips and the service was very good . But I doubt now I shall use you again .

A bit chaotic at both drop off and arrival. Inside of car had very dirty footprints both on drivers side and front passengers which were not there when car was left. Someone had also altered the sat nav.

I arrived at the Airport to use Valet parking & there were no spaces for me to leave my car. I was abused by the staff - for booking with a 3rd Party as they described Holiday Extras!? I apparently should not have booked with yourselves & it was my own fault that there were no spaces as I had booked through you & not directly with Blue Circle Parking. Never again! I’ve never been more stressed travelling & parking my car & paid £116 for the pleasure.

We paid over £100 for meet and greet…..dropping off our car 1st problem….no free bays? We were told just to leave it at the end of a row…. When we came back from our relaxing holiday we had a card with 3 x mobile numbers to call. 2nd problem we tried all 3 of the numbers either no answer, voicemail or numbers wouldn’t connect! We get to the pick up point……about 6-7 other families all waiting for their cars, no person seemed to be in charge but it was 4am, cold and dark and no one was getting their cars back. There was obviously MORE customers trying to drop of their cars to go on their holidays but again no free bays and then the cars to be dropped off to us and others couldn’t find anywhere to park. One of the drivers was verbally abusive to me and others as he was about to reverse into another car! When our driver came with my car (LR11 NFA) he was reving the engine and kept doing it! I asked him why he was doing it and he informed me that my car battery was flat and this was why there was a delay in us receiving the car. I thanked him for getting the car started and we didn’t turn off the engine until we got back on our drive. When my husband turned off the engine the car beebed - the lights had been manUlly turned on (I normally have them set to automatic. I think whoever drove my car from Birmingham airport to the compound had left my lights on for the week! Terrible service and not worth the money as you still have to walk from terminal to car park 2 & 3! We have done this service in other UK airports before and it’s lit drop off near doors of arrivals and you get picked up at the doors coming back.

Due to road closeure enroute we were late at getting to the valet parking so gave them a call and it was no problem, on return we knew our flight was going to be delayed so i emailed the parking company and again no problem, within minutes of arriving at the parking bay our car was with us exactly as we'd left it.

I had to call as somebody was messing around starting, braking hard and setting the alarm off. I can view everything you do via my phone. Further the car was filthy on the running boards and carpets. Your lack of care of customer vehicles is evident.

The whole experience was enjoyable, knowing that your car would be looked after and brought to you on your return. The only let down was being told off for following directions, I phoned on my return as instructed only for it to take 2 hours to get our luggage which was not our fault.

Our flight was delayed by a couple of hours and when we landed it took the ground crew over half an hour to get some steps to the aircraft and then we had to wait for over half an hour to get our cases!!!!!! But the car pick up went like a dream the staff so helpful and polite definitely 5 stars

The staff brought the wrong car on our return so we then had to wait over 30 mins for our car to be brought round. My partner was in his car with some of our children and was being told to leave, even though we explained he couldn’t leave as would be following me home. They were quite unhelpful and impolite to us.

I have never felt so vulnerable and intimidated in my life. I was left shaking and inconsolable. When I booked the car park as meet and greet, it said that someone would pick my car up so as a disabled person travelling alone it was perfect for me thinking I would leave and pick up my car at the airport doors. To then get there and find that it was a very long walk. I had booked weeks before hand and not realised that I had put the right flight number but with me travelling through the night I had put the wrong date. During my holiday I had noticed this but couldn’t rectify it in the app. I got my brother at home in England to call the car park which they said that I would have £15 charge to pay. Which wasn’t a problem. As I got back I rang the number and they said that my car was ready so I struggled with my mobility scooter and 2 cases to the car park. After a very long day and night and losing 6 hours I was extremely exhausted. A young man shown me where my car was and pulled it out so I could get in. He passed me the key and went for someone to come and take payment. During this time I had put all my things in the car. A man came to me with his phone on loud speak with who he called his manager wanting me to pay over the phone. I had no cash and wanted to pay with Apple Pay, which was the only means for me to pay. The man on the phone said that he doesn’t do Apple Pay. I said that that was the only way that I could pay. To my astonishment he replied saying that I won’t get my car back. …… REALLY!!! I said to the man in the car park “and that’s your manager” he just smirked at me. I asked where his manager was and he said down the road and not on the airport grounds. Then he went to the other staff and started talking in their language and started to intimidate me. There was 6 of them the other side of my car. I rang my brother crying and he couldn’t understand me. Basically I was stuck in this car park miles from home and in a lot of pain because of the ordeal it gave me a flare up of fibromyalgia. I was just about to ring the police for help when a car drove to the barrier and I drove through behind it. I ended up pulling up and was crying insoluble for half an hour before I drove from the airport grounds I honestly don’t know how I managed to drive for an hour to get home I’m a disabled lady and am appalled of the treatment I had to endure It’s out of order and not on! When I got home I rang the number I had to pay the £15. I had to ring a few times for them to end up saying not to worry about it. I’m now nearly a week later stuck in bed because of the flare up my ordeal as caused. I won’t be using them again that’s for sure All in all i was stuck in the car park for nearly 1 hour because they wouldn’t let me out. I don’t know what would have happened if I hadn’t followed a car to get out It’s upsetting to think about it

The valet parking at BHX was really easy to use. Car taken from us with little hassle and was there waiting for us when we returned. Staff were efficient. Would definitely use it again if the price was right.

Collecting the car was a bit of a pain. The attendants appeared to not be able to find my keys for a while then told me I had to pay, which I didn't, as I assured them that I'd paid upfront on your website. It was all a bit of a faff when coming back from another country atam. But overall the parking was close by and easy to drop off.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Valet parking is quite away from the terminal with no covered walkways, as we arrived in the sunshine it was not a problem.

On the way out I called for final directions and a member of staff directed me. You need a clear map on your website. A member of staff was waiting, checked the car and gave me my card. When I returned, I phones as requested, the member of staff was really helpful and as soon as I got to the car park, he was waiting and handed over the keys. Could not have been more polite or helpful. Excellent service.
