Need to know

When you arrive at the car park, the helpful ShortRun team will check you in and show you where to park. You won't even need to get out of your car! You'll be given a ticket telling you what to do when you return – keep this safe as you'll need to show it to the bus driver.

Once you've parked, keep your keys and head to the bus stop and catch the shuttle bus to the terminal. They take 5 minutes, run regularly all day and are included in the price.

When you get back, catch the bus back to the car park. Simply show the driver your ticket and you're away.

Accessibility

While there are no dedicated accessible spaces, the ShortRun team are happy to help. Let them know and they'll show you to a space as close to the bus stop as possible, or even direct the shuttle bus to you.

Add a comment to your booking requesting an accessible space and call the car park directly 24 hours before you go if you'd like one.

There are toilets right next to check-in, plus sheltered bus stops with seats.

The small print

Early or late? The car park offers a grace period up until midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £15 a day. This is subject to change.

Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles or large vehicles) will be accepted at the car park as long as they are under 2.1m, 2m wide and 5m long. If your vehicle is bigger than the maximum (around the size of a Range Rover Sport), take a look at our Larger Vehicles package.

Getting to and from airport

Arriving at the car park

When you arrive at the car park a friendly member of the team will check you in and let you know where to park. You park your car so you get to keep your keys while you're away.

Then all you need to do is catch the shuttle bus from the nearest bus stop to the terminal. Buses run regularly, 24 hours a day, and take 5 minutes to reach the airport.

Returning to the car park

Give Short Run a call when you get to bus stop A so they can send the bus to collect you. You'll then be dropped off in the zone where you parked your car, so there's only a short distance to walk.
