All was fine, only issue was the car came back covered in dirt with bird poo all over it. This has proved hard to get off. It’s been left to dry over the week.

Airparks Express at Birmingham airport, great service and only 5 minutes from the airport with frequent buses. The only issue was finding the entrance, the postcode doesnt work and the instructions weren't clear.

Everything went really well from booking, and checking online day before, at 4.45 am the shuttle bus was waiting to take us to airport. On return shuttle bus arrived within 10 minutes of arriving at bus stop and took us back to car park. Really satisfactory experience and would use again

We’ve used this car park a few times now. It’s close to the airport and it’s a very efficient bus service. It’s not a huge car park so no spending agars looking for a space - you are directed where to park . Very convenient

This was my first experience of the service. The advice to phone 20 mins ahead of arrival is quite awkward when driving alone. As it happened they didn't require any of the paperwork which you were told to print off. Very courteous, helpful and polite gentleman to greet me. Return was equally simple. The instructions given create more stress than necessary as the team seem to have it all under control

Fine on the way out. Had to wait 30 mins for the car to be returned after I arrived back at the meet and greet point, having phoned as instructed when I collected my luggage from the carousel. I might as well have parked in car park 1 and been on my way as soon as I got back to the car. There were a lot of people waiting who were in the same situation.

A fairly straightforward car park experience with good access to the airport departures area however this includes a brief walk outside to enter the building which is not ideal in poor weather.

Your entrance sign should show the word AIRPARKS more cleanly as I was uncertain as to which carpark I needed to enter. The word EXPRESS is too prominent as that word does not appear on any of your literature. VERY CONFUSING.

The bar code ticket did not print out correctly, it was missing a bar code line, this then stopped it from being recognized by the bus driver and the collection scanner when trying to collect vehicle.

Easy to book and park. Only quick shuttle bus journey to the airport. Unfortunately self park car parks are terrible idea. My car was parked there for a week. On pick up was very dirty, and badly scratched on a driver side! Probably by someone dragging a suitcase in between cars. Will cost me a lot to repair. No covered by Airparks. No cctv, no proof. Will not park there again. Only meet and great option for me from now on.

On return to airport I rang, as required, four times. Each time it went into answerphone and asked me to select an option. When I did this, each time it cut off. I walked to the parking area and was told I’d have to wait 20 mins as car wasn’t there. Not good enough- please get your phone system sorted

Drop off was smooth as usual. However even though I was late back, I called for my car at baggage and still had to wait 10 minutes after I arrived at car park area for my car to arrive. I thought the car would be brought to the car park when the flight was landing. Or why do you bother to ask for the flight details?

The walk from car drop off to the terminal is not undercover. No instructions on how to find departures. Quite a long walk especially in bad weather. On our return the car was absolutely filthy. Obviously it had been parked outside. More information on all aspects required prior to arrival.

Found the valet parking easily at Birmingham Airport, well signposted. A member of staff took the keys, explained what to do when we returned from our holiday & gave us their card & telephone number.Airport departures was only a few minutes walk away. Drop off was very easy and smooth but on several occasions using maple parking meet and greet we have followed instructions about contacting them on arrival and our car is always delayed its never waiting for us and I thought thats the whole point of meet and greet. When your tired from a flight you should be able to get in your car and go home but we are always waiting on the side of the road for the car to arrive and in some instances over 30 mins. Our car came back filthy on this occasion too.

We found maple parking at BHX poorly signposted and staff not visible. We ended up driving into the wrong section which cost us £6.99 due to ANPR. On our return, we could not see a staff member after we’d called as requested. Eventually we just heard a staff member shout from a distance ‘what’s your ID number’. It wasn’t a friendly, personal service at all.

On arrival, things felt a bit disorganised. Several cars turned up at similar times, but there didn’t seem to be any clear process or order, more a case of being in the right place at the right time. The instructions advised looking out for someone in hi-vis, but didn’t mention that there are actually four different companies operating in that area, so it wasn’t obvious who we should be looking for. Our booking was with Maple, but this wasn’t stated on the confirmation. After walking around and asking a few people, we eventually found someone to assist us, although they were helping a customer who had arrived around five minutes after us so had to wait while they finished processing them, then the car after that, so was a delay of around 25-30 minutes from arriving. Wasn’t a major issue, but it didn’t make for the most relaxing start to the holiday. That said, the return journey was the complete opposite. I called once we’d collected our luggage, headed straight over, and the gentleman was already there with the key. We were out of the car park within minutes, quick and seamless.

Need to think about logistics. Making a bus full of travellers wait to enter is something to think about. Why not ask the car entering to pull to the side whilst the bus enters the car park? Great car parking service! Easily picked it up the location on Google maps. When we arrived I drove to the barrier and the man checked us in with the barcode on the app. You then pull forward to join a queue behind the courtesy car which shows you where to park. You follow the car to the designated zone then choose a free space. Park up, unload your luggage and keep your keys. Free shuttle bus picks you up from the nearest bus stop and provides you with a ticket for your return. Easy and straight forward process! Made the journey smooth and stress free! Highly recommend!

The only negative aspect of my experience with Airparks has been dealing with Paul. His attitude is consistently dismissive, and he behaves as though he is above everyone else. On top of that, he has repeatedly told me to “organise my paperwork better,” which is frankly insulting given that my documents are already arranged in clear, sequential order specifically to streamline airport and security access. This behaviour is unacceptable and reflects poorly on Airparks as a whole. As someone who has parked with you every week from September 2025 to the present, it’s extremely disappointing to feel so undervalued as a loyal customer. Unless there is a noticeable improvement in his attitude and approach, I will seriously consider taking my business elsewhere.

The car park 3 was easy enough to find but had to drive to level 8 before I could find a parking spot. The lifts were broken so had to walk over to car park 2 lift to get down. It was then only a short walk to the departure area. On our return the signs in the airport only led us to the outside of the terminal and then we had to ask directions to the car park that was quite a long way away especially if you had elderly people with you.

Staff very friendly, as it was our first time at Air Parks the staff informed us what to do upon arrival, where to go and what to do with the key's as dropping them off. The car park was easy to find with the sat nav instructions. Someone met us and explained where to go. Parked up easily and luckily a bus was waiting to take us to the airport. 15 min ride and dropped off outside departures. On the way back we went to bus stop A as instructed but there was a road closure so the bus was picking up elsewhere. There were Airpark staff around to make sure we went to the new spot. Unfortunately we'd just missed one so had a 20min wait. But we got on eventually and got back to the car park, straight in the car and out through the exit. It was a very smooth and easy process and I would recommend and use again.

We have used this car park a few times now, it is brilliant. Our son is in a wheelchair and the staff always find us a parking space near the bus stop which is very helpful. When I booked the Maple Carpark I remember reading that I need to call before we arrive however I could not find the information readily. I checked the Holiday Extras app booking but could not find the info required so when we arrived the barriers opened with ANPR but no staff were present to take the car. Also even though we were within the barriered car park there was no signage for Maple Carpark (just NCP). Luckily about 15min later some Maple Parking staff arrived and took the car. The man on the phone when we called to say we’re arriving in 15mins was so incredibly rude and clearly didn’t want to be there. The car park, also known as NEC West Car Park is very accessible and easy to find. It is very close to the airport terminal, as described. It would be helpful to mention that the car park is not paved - meaning there are large puddles and potholes, and if you have a wheeled suitcase, it’s very difficult to wheel it over the surface and gets very dirty.

Extremely friendly staff throughout. Good directions as to where to park from a very friendly and professional gentleman at the barrier, then once parked we were directed to the bus for our transfer to the airport. Very short journey to the departures area. Upon our return the bus was easy to find and driven again by a most courteous, friendly man who directed us exactly where to get off and pick up our car. Even upon exiting the barrier the staff member waved a cheery goodbye even though the weather was foul and it was late at night.

No problem getting in and out of car park but the parking spaces are a bit on the small side making it difficult to get in and out of car with the large size of cars these days.

I was a bit disappointed that there are no disabled parking spots as claimed in your literature. However, the spaces were reasonably spacious, so I was able to find a space with enough room for me to open the door sufficiently to exit the car. I do think anyone in a wheelchair would struggle though

No problem parking the car and we were happy to see that there was security on the site. On our return, again no problem retrieving our car and leaving the car park. If this is the first time using the site, be aware there's no designated parking spots, you just find the first usable slot. It also helps if you make a note of the level and area you park in!

No issues with arrival or exit. Managed to find a space on the second level, so no issues. Lift was malfunctioning on my return so was happy that I had managed to find a space within one of the lower floors, as haven't had to climb several flights of stairs. Car park is a very short walk form the terminal so I always park here. Prices aren't the cheapest, but as was travelling with business it was super convenient.

Very easy to book parking. On arrival at the car park you are met by a member of staff who checks your details then takes your car keys. On our return our car is in the car park ready for us. This is a very well organised company. I always book this service.

The directions are clear. The staff are helpful and friendly and the buses are regular. Just the airport bus stop ...easy to find, but a bit difficult to wheel a trolley round and SO cold. Never the less a reliable service.

Great parking in car park 1 at birmingham airport. Drive up to barrier , barrier opens find a space. When leaving drive up to barrier , barrier opens no messing about. Perfect for holidays.

Absolutely fantastic service provided by all the car parking staff. We're travelling again in June 2026 and the only issue of concern is the price increase even with the discounts offered by Holiday Extras. Due to the increase prices we will now be looking at taxi options. As fortunately we our within a reasonable distance from the airport. Would certainly use your facilities again but would have to be more favourable than other forms of transport (taxis)

We had a couple of issues with flights being cancelled and needed to get our car back earlier than the booking slot. The guy coordinating the parking was absolutely brilliant. I have used the service many times and have always been satisfied. On the last occasion however it appeared that someone had been messing with all the switches eg aircon, wheel position, brake assist, auto headlights, heating etc. Just disconcerting when returning late.

Really good service. Arrived at the check in point and within a minute we were guided to our parking zone. There was a bus already there and we were on our way within 5 minutes of boarding. The transfer only takes a few minutes too. On return, it took us a short while to figure out where we get the bus from (I'm sure its probably on the confirmation somewhere). Figured out it was bus stop A and only waited around 10 minutes for the bus to arrive.

I paid for an electric charge but this was not done. Our flight was brought forward due to the Middle East conflict; Holiday extras were advised via the app of this earlier flight 36 hours beforehand, but the information was not padssed on by Holiday Extras to Birmingham Car Parks, hence electric charge not provided.
