A very good service on the whole and very easy to use, being so close to the Terminal and hotels. It is however a bit confusing when you first arrive as you don’t know who to report to or where to park. Equally when you go to pick up your car it isn’t made clear where to report to retrieve your keys.

Brilliant lovely staff, very quick from getting on the bus to the airport,driver helped with our suitcases ,advised us to take a screen shot of our ticket to return just in case we lost it,i wouldn't of thought of that,car followed to xarpark told us where their were spaces highly recommend

The "welcome" we got when we arrived was baffling. We gave the name of the booking when we arrived but were told that because we had booked with APH we should have had our email confirmation ready. We got the email up to show but it didn't seem necessary as the staff member had found our name. We were then given very fast instructions on where to park and a ticket/card which we were told very forcefully that we mustn't lose and a photo wouldn't be accepted, this didn't seem to be the case at all when we picked up the car. Perhaps the staff member was having a bad day but we'd have appreciated a more customer friendly approach.

Kept me up to date, very friendly staff. The only thing that could be improved is perhaps colouring the tickets specifically eg all yellow, all green etc as found this confusing when had a 'white' ticket but was yellow on otherwise. We thought we had to board a bus for yellow tickets but in fact it was a white ticket so unfortunately we're at bus stop for 40 minutes missing two white busses! Very confusing.

Overall, I had a very good experience. The parking process was quick and easy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The transfer to and from the airport was smooth and well organised, with very little waiting time. I felt confident leaving my car there and it was safe on my return. I would definitely use this service again and recommend it to others.

Exceptionally well! Bus driver help us put the suitcases on to the bus at the start of the holiday and helped me put them into the car at the end of the holiday whilst I looked after my wife who has very poor mobility. Thank you. Toilet facilities at the car park were clean cool and just right before starting off on our homeward journey. A very good service all round.

Everything went as expected. Our car was not ready and there was a few minutes wait (uncomfortable in the heatwave). Also the staff were nowhere near as courteous or helpful as at Castle Donnington. Just a little chaotic with cars arriving anywhere and families milling around.

Brilliant as usual except for one small hiccup. When we boarded the bus on our return, our ticket wouldn't scan so we were told to check at the office before we left. They couldn't explain how it had happened but you had our barcode as checked out at 14:30....we didn't land until 15:45!!! They opened the barrier for us to get out but it was a bit worrying. Otherwise it was a great service as usual. You are our first choice for airport parking.

Given the time involved to walk to the pick up point, very disappointed with length of wait time given we phoned promptly on collecting luggage as requested. Other meet and greet services booked though you did not have this delay. Walking to the standard bus car park service would have been quicker & much cheaper. Not a premium service.

Really pleased, it was pouring with rain when we arrived at the car park. The bus driver could see us walking towards the bus stop and stopped to let us on before the stop so we didn’t get soaked. Extremely kind and appreciated.

We used Airparks Express for the first time and found it to be so easy we'll definitely use it again in the future. It was really easy to book online and the cost was pretty good considering it was only 3 mins from the main departure terminal. We arrived at the carpark, drove to the security, we were checked in straight away, directed to a parking space and told there was a bus waiting, we got straight on the bus with our luggage and at the terminal in no time. The return journey was just as smooth too! We only had to wait 5 minutes for the bus to arrive which took us straight back to the carpark. See you again next time ????

Buses came really quickly for departure and waiting on arrival even though it was half 3 in the morning, which was brilliant. Only downside was the parking spaces were really tight. Had to reverse in and park very close to another car to allow me to get out of the car (passenger had to get out before parking as not enough space to open doors on both sides.)

I have used Airparks Meet and Greet many times previously without any issues, however, at Birmingham using Marple Parking it wasn't as good an experience as I am accustomed to. The Birmingham "Meet and Greet" is about 200-250 meters from the Departures entrance and you have to drag your cases down the road and across a car park. I feel sure parking outside and getting a bus in would have been less taxing. You are required to ring the company 20-30 minutes before you arrive, and then the "Meet" part was trying to find someone who worked for Maplle Parking amongst a number of NCP personell, they litterally take your key and give you a card. On Return, again you have to ring the company and tell them you are back and again you have to drag your cases from Arrivals and across the car park again to your car. However, for me, on arrival at the car park, no car was present. I asked a Marple person who rang the parkers and then said it would be there in 10-15 minutes. 20 Minutes later I rang the parkers myself only to find that my car was stuck in "a lane" behind a car who's battery was flat and couldn't be moved so it was stuck. I was assured it would be with me within 10-15 minutes, a further 15-20 minutes it STILL wasn't there and I was told by one of the guys that it would be here soon. 1 hour after my arrival the car finally turned up, no appologies or explanations were given. I was asked to see my card, handed my keys and that was that. The sales blurb implies you drop your car off and pick it up at the terminal - it mentions a short walk to valet parking. It's not a short walk and it is made even worse by the fact that you have your suitcases to bring along with you too. Returning from a week of 30 degrees to have to stand around for an hour in the cold was not good at all. There is no shelter or facilities provided for customers and we had to stand in the car park as it slowly got dark. The only bright side was that it wasn't raining. I will NOT be using this service here again at Birmingham

The park is great for close to the airport and shuttle service is great and drivers are very helpful only downfall you need to be checking spaces for larger cars suvs as I was asked to park in red zone row c and there is no way I could get my car into the space that was there unless I lifted it in with a crane and then all 3 cars would not been able to open any doors

Greeted on arrival by a member of staff who was very friendly professional and efficient. Transfer transport very clean drivers there and back very friendly professional and efficient. The only criticisms are - The car park surface permitted large puddles to form meaning had to navigate route round them walking to bus stop and back to car. - Due to the narrow distance between the rows of cars reversing out can be extremely difficult if you get larger vehicles parked around you

I used the bickenhill Parkway Shortstay and a large section of the car park is stony. It would be better if Airparks paved the whole car park and add line markings. Other than that, my car was safe.

The car park was great - we appreciate the self drive facility, as my insurance is invalid if anyone else drives the car. The only issue was it said the buses were every 20 minutes, and it worked out that it was more like 40 mins.

Really busy when i dropped my car off but was dealt with relatively quickly. On pick up, I arrived at the car park to find 2 members of staff in my car. The driver told me I was lucky as they were about to drive it away, they thought it was a drop off! I followed the collection guidelines to the letter and told someone I was on my way to collect the car.

Website says will be shown to a parking space..... that didn't happen. we were directed to the area and found no spaces.... so had to 'dump' car there. The bus then stopped on route in car park and was stationary for almost 10 mins, for no apparent reason. On return the bus did not take us back to stop 3... instead stopped on road to 4

Booking in online meant that we were dealt with quickly on arrival at the parking site and the transfer bus was already waiting. We were delayed at the airport on our return, as one of our party was disabled, so the transfer bus had already left. We therefore had a 15 minute wait for it to come back round again, but the weather was good so it wasn’t a problem.

All good with the parking experience although driving home from Mackadown Lane via the M6 North was not good. The Holiday Extras site offered both APH and Airparks. I booked slightly more expensive APH but it turns out that Airparks and APH are one and same at Birmingham Airport. That's rather annoying and should be explained during the booking process. I chose APH because of good previous experience. The actual parking and and car pickup is very efficient.

The guy who took our keys asked who he were flying with (Jet 2) and then pointed us in the direction to the terminal for there departures. The process works really well. My only concern is that I believe one of the wheels on my BMW was damaged (scuffed rim). The thing is I know there was already some slight damage caused by myself a couple of years ago. Everything was fine until our return to Birmingham in the early hours of the morning when we waited what seemed like a very long time for the Airparks hus to arrive. Instead she went off route via the A45 Coventry road via Sheldon and the radleys during rush hour !!!?, so instead of taking 15 mins from the airport took us nearly 1 hour!!!, now I'm a retired national express bus driver and I know you would have given your drivers instructions on amended routes!? As there was no restrictions for buses laid down by highways traffic management!? So as a customer I was NOT happy having spent three and a half hours flying to spend another hour to do just 4/5 miles!? She needs re training in my opinion?

Very easy efficient process bus available pretty much immediately , short ride to departures would definately recommend. Only issue in Zone 2 part of carpark there is no tarmac area just rough stone difficult for rolling cases

Drop off was flawless but collection was awful. You get given a card and told to call the number following baggage claim when you return home. Did just this and told 20 minutes for the car to be brought round. 50 minutes later in the cold and windy weather outside still no car. Called to chase up after 35 minute wait and told it had left the compound but took another 15 minutes to turn up after chase up. Was really disappointed as when we used them last time the service was great both drop off and collection

The directions in the hyperlink provided by Holiday extras is incorrect - it takes you to Holiday Inn car park and once you go through barrier, you can't get back out again without a code from the Holiday Inn. The car park itself, once found, was great and the service was great. But please amend the directions link to google maps to the correct place. Dont need that stress when youve got a plane to catch.

Arrival was great, really smooth. Upon return, we for out our ticket which was a blue card with a white sticker, so when we arrived at the bus stop and saw a bus with “blue tickets “ on the sign, we tried to get on that but it was full so we had to wait for the next one. There was a bus directly behind us that said “white tickets” but as our card was blue we assumed that wasn’t ours. It wasn’t until the next “blue ticket” bus arrived that we were told that ours was a white ticket. We then had to wait 25 mins for another “white ticket” bus. We weren’t the only ones caught out by this. It could have been made clearer and said on the label that we needed the white ticket bus. How were to to know that there were yellow and blue stickers too. In addition to this the bus broke down on the way to the car park, no ones fault and the driver resolved as quickly as he could but it was frustrating when we still had a 2 hour journey home after a long day travelling.

Check in upon arrival was smooth and easy as was the transfer to the airport, so off to a good start. Unfortunately the return was totally the opposite! No signs of where or how to get to the transfer coach, no reply on the phone number provided! We ended up finding a taxi who would run us out to airparks but at a minimum cost of £10.00! Cannot fault the customer care and efficiency at the Mackadown Lane car park. I think I just found the car park a bit further from home and the airport than is ideal for me. We got very held up in traffic on my return as well.

Booked the short run many times, well worth it, get to keep your keys bus transfer there and back to the terminal takes no more than 5 mins, hassle free.

Fabulous. Clean parking. Not muddy and rough stones like the other parking companies. Very quick and efficient service and greeted upon arrival. Makes a difference when you're unsure of the procedure. Only issue upon return, the driver couldn't scan our receipt. He did take us, but, he wasn't sure. I felt he was new to the job? I don't know. However i thought best parking at Birmingham. Will use you next time definitely.

Have been using Holiday Extras for many years with no problems at all. I had a holiday cancelled at the last moment last year and had vouchers for all my bookings. I have just used the last voucher. Very easy to use Web site as well.

The outbound trip to the airport was really stressful as I was running late for my flight. The driver of the bus made us sit on the bus and wait for around 15 minutes until the other bus returned from its run to the airport. This was not great as stress levels of most of the passengers were high. The driver was quite unfriendly too. The return leg was great and the bus turned up after we waited for about 7 or 8 minutes and then we went straight to the car park. The driver was polite and efficient.

Okay, the link to track the bus sent via email didn't work. When I arrived the row I was given was full so had to go back and ask for a different space. I waited about 10 minutes for the return bus

Airparks Express at Birmingham airport, great service and only 5 minutes from the airport with frequent buses. The only issue was finding the entrance, the postcode doesnt work and the instructions weren't clear.

All was fine, only issue was the car came back covered in dirt with bird poo all over it. This has proved hard to get off. It’s been left to dry over the week.

Everything went really well from booking, and checking online day before, at 4.45 am the shuttle bus was waiting to take us to airport. On return shuttle bus arrived within 10 minutes of arriving at bus stop and took us back to car park. Really satisfactory experience and would use again
