Everything went smoothly, everyone at car park 7 was really nice and helpful. I would book again through Holiday Extras.

Not very well signposted from main car park areas. Easy entry & parking. Helpful staff on exit. Only downside is that you can't walk to terminal & need to wait for airport bus.

Overall operation seemed a bit lightweight compared to Airparks. Perhaps we timed it wrong but wait for shuttle bus both ways seemed longer than published time.

Had to wait 30 minutes for the bus to take us back to the car park despite 'phoning to advise we had arrived. On arrival at the car park the battery was completely discharged. I cannot be sure whether it was their fault or not and they did have a charger to get me started again, but the battery was in good condition.

The staff member when we were leaving wasn’t communicative at all & couldn’t tell us how long the next bus would be. The staff member when we returned didn’t know where our car was so we had to find it ourself.
