Had a problem making contact on our way to the airport only to find when we got there that the company had changed yet again from ACE to BLUE CIRCLE. Once we had sorted that out and got the new telephone number everything was easy and the return journey no problems.

Liked the free cancellation, which we needed to use and then rebooked. Everything went smoothly and efficiently. Would use again.

The stay at IBIS was poor got there after midnight only double room available also had a twin room booked which was not available the receptionist stated room had not been cleaned ? Now this was after midnight so effort seems to have been lacking. They gave me a double room for a teenager and his MOTHER , the teenager slept on floor on blankets as he did not want to sleep in the same bed. The next morning I complained again but I was told there seemed to be a problem with booking and said that they have problems with non direct booking such as agencies. I got no apology at all and will be the last time I shall be using Agencies and IBIS hotels.

We booked with Maple Valet parking. The car park was well away from the departure terminal & was advertised as a 2 minute walk. I consider myself to be an able bodied & fit person but it took me over double that to get to where we needed to be and with no clear route out of the car park for pedestrians over to the departure lounge. Upon return we waited in the queue at the returns office for 20 minutes & eventually stopped one of the staff walking around the lot aimlessly where I was directed to yet another member of staff and awaited for another 5 minutes at my car for him to bring me the key. Had all of this been done in inclement weather I would by this time have been soaked to the bone & very uncomfortable on the flight out or the drive home. To cap it off the pen tub & a few of the incidental pockets in the car had been rifled & while I don't believe anything to be missing it is not the type of thing I would expect & has never previously happened at any other valet/meet & greet parking service I have ever used previously.

Every thing ok can't understand why my mileage was reset all my settings radio seating etc changed makes me wonder
