We paid extra for the priority parking as our car is a big Kia Sorento and thought that was wise as our car was waiting for us on our very early morning homeward journey and we have booked with you many times before and quite like the service that you provide!!

I was not impressed with the car parking. Despite your directions, it was difficult to find. The booking staff there were helpful but it was a bit of a trek from where we left our car to get to the pick-up for the shuttle bus. On our return, several people including us boarded the wrong bus because we had white tickets rather than yellow ones but no info had been provided about this so that was confusing. Then your briefing info gave the impression that the driver would take us to whatever section we were parked in having ascertained those details from our ticket. Not so. We were merely dumped back at the start point and left to find our car. Finally, we were given no info about leaving the site but luckily had retained our tiny ticket which had the QR code which did let us out but we made several people unhappy at the barrier as we assumed it worked on an ANPR basis. So no we were not happy with the car parking and would certainly not recommend it.

I was a bit nervous after reading reviews, but, all went well. We were greeted when we arrived, I parked the car and then straight on the bus. Return journey was fine too with a short wait for the bus.

Excellent service at the car park Car kept securely. The information on your tickets needs amending as it states to contact yourselves if you become aware of a delay. This I did twice waiting some time before being answered, each time I was told the driver would 'sort it out' Bus driver was unable to do this and never has. Why did I need to contact you in the first place as I couldn't be identified? Also I was displeased with the amount of emails I received, if anything was likely to put me off using this service again it would be that
