Convenient, handy & no need for buses - it's all done for you.

Covid-secure

ACE has introduced a whole host of measures to make your meet and greet as safe and contact-free as possible.

On arrival you'll see perspex screens and signs encouraging social distancing. The team will be wearing PPE (masks and gloves which are changed regularly) and there'll be hand sanitiser for you to use. Your car key will be put in a clear bag, where it will stay until you get back.

When you return, your driver will return your keys to you from the bag and give you antibacterial wipes to use on your steering wheel and any other controls before you go.

Need to know

This handy meet and greet service is one of the most convenient ways of parking at Birmingham airport.

Give ACE a call when you're about 20 minutes away from reaching the airport, and when you arrive head to the Valet Parking car park, collecting a ticket from the barrier.

Your driver will be carrying ID and waiting to meet you there. Hand them your keys and head into the terminal while your car is parked for you in a secured car park. From there, it's a short walk to check-in.

When you return walk back to the Valet Parking car park where your driver will be waiting to return your car to you. You'll also be given a ticket allowing you to exit the car park without paying.

Accessibility

This service is suitable for customers with limited mobility, as a shuttle bus isn't required. There are 3 disabled parking bays, which work on a first come, first served basis.

Security

The car park is secured by:

  • Perimeter fencing
  • Entry and exit barriers
  • CCTV
  • Floodlighting
  • Regular staff patrols

The small print

Government regulations require passengers at the airport to wear a face mask. Remember to bring a face mask and have it on before you get there. You'll need one for each member of your party.

Don't forget to print your booking confirmation and take it with you as the car park will need to see this when you arrive.

Early or late? The car park offers a grace period up until midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £10 per day, which is subject to change.

Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles or vehicles with 8 or more seats) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit under the 2.1m barrier and fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).

Due to time restrictions in the car park you must be at the collection point within 10 minutes of your call, or you may incur additional charges.

Getting to and from airport

Arriving at the car park

Make sure you let ACE know when you're about 20 minutes away from the airport. When you reach the terminal head for the car park signposted ‘Valet Parking' outside departures.

Take a ticket from the barrier and turn right to park in a space by the railings. Your driver will be carrying ID and waiting to meet you there. Simply hand over your keys and your car will be parked for you while you head into the terminal.

Returning to the car park

After you've reclaimed your luggage and passed into arrivals, simply head back to the Valet Parking car park and meet the driver there. They'll give you a ticket allowing you to exit the car park without paying, and then you're on your way home.
