Once booked, it is very difficult to add extras or indeed to speak to anyone. Airlines change their flights and even their Terminals as BA have done from Terminal 3 to 5 for our next flight to Ljubljana on August 24th

Everything went to plan. We had an accessible room at the hotel as requested. The parking was straightforward, easy to follow directions and instructions. We had to wait a little while longer for it to be returned (about 30 minutes) but that I’m sure was because our flight was late arriving and then we encountered difficulties at Heathrow collecting our luggage. We were a lot later than we should have been.

Smooth as silk from beginning to end. Very friendly staff, our room was upgraded on arrival and parking was a dream. Lovely hotel and would definitely return.

I booked hotel and park for a holiday trip and transport to/from the airport/resort at the holiday end. Everything worked flawlessly. The hotel (Sofitel at LHR T5) was exceptional, and we had an an amazing meal at the Sofitel’s in-house la Belle Epoche restaurant. The drivers at both ends of the transport were on time and knew exactly where they were going. The car was waiting for us at T5 when we came up with our bags. We can’t ask more than the excellent service we got from all of these providers.

We received a very warm welcome at the Sofitel and all staff members were happy to assist. Our room was clean and comfortable. Parking was easy and it was good to know that our car would be in a secure, under cover car park whilst we were away. Getting to and from the terminal was via an enclosed walkway, so we didn’t have to step outside at all. The entrance to the hotel is within the terminal so we were back at our car within a short time of collecting our luggage. Not having to wait for the return of our car was a huge advantage. We will definitely use the Sofitel with parking again.

We always book the Sofitel Heathrow through Holiday Extras when travelling to Europe. It’s welcoming and clean, ideally situated for Terminal 5 and the parking is very convenient. Never had a problem and would recommend.

Lovely hotel, nice big room. Staff excellent. Loads of parking bays undercover. Hotel attached to terminal 5, we had to get the tube from there to terminal 3 but it’s very easy to find and free.

Please stop using blue circle and go back to hotel parking. Sofitel is a great hotel but I won't book through you again unless you include parking at the hotel. Same with sheraton skyline.

Good hotel - comfortable rooms, helpful staff and very convenient for T5, which is accessed via a covered walkway connected to the hotel. Parking is underneath the hotel and you get to keep you keys. Be aware that the hotel hosts conferences, which will completely fill the comparatively small bar, and T5 has very limited services landside. A minor annoyance is that the hotel adds a service charge to every food/drink purchase.

Sofitel was good as was blue circle meet and greet. Our only problem was finding both. Not many signs around for Sofitel. Might be helpful if more detailed instructions given. Slight problem with leaving from Terminal 5 and arriving back at Terminal 3 but sorted out without too much delay by Blue Circle parking.

Booked for T5 but car was expected at T3. On return after phoning as instructed car wasn't ready at T5. not on their arrivals list, I expect it was back at T3. Very disappointing.

Dropping car off at terminal 5 easy. Blue parking we’re waiting for us. Walk to Sofitel no problem. Hotel comfortable. On return we only had to wait 5 mins for car to be delivered back to car park. My only wish is that the car driver did not change the settings on the radio!

Easy check in. Very comfy room with tea/coffee making facilities. I had left some belongings and the hotel posted them to my home address after paying a postage fee which was also an easy smooth process

Sofitel stay, very good. Comfortable room, friendly staff good food offering (Sunday pm). Easy booking in/out. Car parking also very good. Slight issue with exit ticket; booked for 9 nights’ parking, but ticket showed 15 nights! Therefore automatic exit barrier would not open! Not sure went wrong with my original booking!

The hotel bedrooms are now in need of updating as they are looking tired. We had to get assistance due to a faulty sink and an issue with the TV both of which were corrected. The sole selling point of this hotel is the fact that it is attached to Terminal 5 at Heathrow. ALSO an issue when exiting the parking. Due to problems with baggage handling at Heathrow, we were late and overstayed our paid for time in the car park by approx an hour and could not exit the barrier where there are no phones to contact the hotel management.

The signage to the hotel is terrible. Not clear at all. Ended up at the drop off at Heathrow and incurred a £6 charge. Room was ok, food good but drinks very expensive. On my return I collected my car and the exit ticket out of the parking didn’t work so had to abandon my car on the one way and walk back to reception to get another one.

Yes hotel was even better than expected and staff did their utmost to help us Only slight problem was navigating the website we had to cancel due to covid and was issued with a voucher eventually phoned to help line that wasn’t any help and got back on the site with Cory the online chat that eventually helped but took ages

Always easy to book on website. The sofitel is always a nice hotel but have noticed the cost has increased, even though we booked in advance. We could have chosen a cheaper option, but it's right on Terminal 5, so great for an early flight.

Directions to hotel car park could be more detailed. We missed the turn for the Sofitel. The directional sign is on the right hand side as you approach a fork but drivers have to take the left hand lane to get to the hotel. Because the sign was on the right, we thought we had to take the right hand lane and ended up going through the short stay car park channel by mistake. We also had to pay £5.30 to release car park barrier even though it took us less than 2 minutes to drive through to the exit. There was no concession for drivers having taken a wrong turn.
