Sofitel Hotel, Heathrow : As good as it gets
The Sofitel is an ideal choice for customers who want hotels near Heathrow Terminal 5 - it's still the only hotel that you can walk to from T5. While there are a handful of Heathrow hotels with Terminal 5 in their name, they do require a transfer bus. The Sofitel, on the other hand, is actually connected to the airport by a covered walkway so you really can't get any closer than with this park and fly hotel. You can expect a great service, comfortable rooms and amazing facilities - meaning you can board the plane feeling relaxed, refreshed and pampered from the VIP treatment.
A great deal of thought has gone into making sure the Sofitel Heathrow provides everything its guests could desire and doing it in style. Equal attention goes into the food and beverage, so whether you're a tea connoisseur or enjoy fine French cuisine, prefer a stir fry or handmade pizza combined with premium drinks and cocktails, you'll find your tastes satisfied.
The Sofitel is one of the larger Heathrow hotels, so there's lots of room to cram in loads of amenities that will help make your stay that bit more pleasurable. On the ground floor is Avenue Sofitel, where you can find gift shops, fashion, jewellery and perfume vendors, and don't forget Terminal 5 is just a short walk away, so there are plenty more shopping opportunities there.
The spa and the relaxation room are open from 9am until 9pm daily for an extra fee. You can also book a relaxing treatment or apply the finishing touches with a manicure of pedicure.
