Since, with the Sofitel London Heathrow, you're staying at a hotel that can't get any better, you may as well have the most convenient parking while you're at it. Park your car right under the hotel, catch a lift straight up to reception to check in, then find your car right where you left it when you get back; all within walking distance of the terminal.
The parking is out of the way underneath the hotel and the spaces are covered by CCTV cameras to make sure your car is safe while you're away. If you're looking to have the most stress-free holiday possible, this is where you want to leave your car.

On the day of your stay
Make your way to the hotel. The postcode for satnavs and a link for what3words will be in your booking confirmation to make your journey easier.
Overnight parking at the hotel is £40 if you need it.
Check in from 3pm, check out by 12 noon.
Getting from the hotel to the airport
The hotel is connected to Terminal 5 by a covered walkway, which takes just 5 minutes. If you're flying from Terminal 2, 3 or 4, you can catch the free Heathrow Express or Elizabeth Line train from Terminal 5.
Sofitel with Purple Parking Meet and Greet (was Blue Circle)
On the day of your stay
Call Blue Circle when you're about 30 minutes away from the airport.
Drive to the Short Stay car park at Terminal 5 and head to the Blue Circle meeting point. Give them your booking confirmation, keys and return flight information.
From there you can walk to the hotel for your overnight stay while your car is parked for you in a secured location.

The hotel is connected to Terminal 5 by a covered walkway, which takes just 5 minutes. If you're flying from Terminal 2, 3 or 4, you can catch the free Heathrow Express or Elizabeth Line train from Terminal 5.
Coming home
After you've collected your luggage give Blue Circle a call to let them know you're ready to collect your car.
Walk back to the Short Stay car park and collect your keys from Blue Circle.

On the day of your stay
Make your way to the hotel. Park in the car park, keep your keys and check in at reception.
Directions and a postcode for satnavs will be on your booking confirmation if you need them.
Getting to the airport
To get to T5:
It's a 5-minute walk through an inside walkway into Terminal 5.
To get to T2, T3 or T4:
Walk to T5, where you can catch the free Heathrow Express train to Terminal 2, 3 and 4.
Coming home
Make your way back to the hotel, pick up your car and then head home.
Sofitel with Maple Parking Express Park & Ride T5
On the day of your stay
Head to the car park first and drive through the barrier, follow the signs for check-in and park in an arrivals bay. Unload your car and check in with the team where you'll need to leave your keys.
Catch the bus to T5 which runs every 10 minutes and takes 4 minutes. From the terminal you can walk to the hotel through a covered walkway.
Getting to the airport from the hotel
Walk to T5 from the hotel through the exclusive covered walkway. If you're flying from T2, T3 or T4, the free Heathrow Express takes 5 minutes from T5.
Coming home
After collecting your luggage, call the car park and follow the instructions on the card given to you at check-in. Their number will be in your booking confirmation.
The bus runs every 10 minutes and takes 4 minutes to return.
Once you're at the car park, collect your keys and you'll be ready to drive home.
Sofitel with Purple Parking Park & Ride T5
On the day of your stay
Drive to the car park before your stay. When you arrive you'll be shown where to park. Then, head to reception to check in and hand over your keys.
The team will move your car to the secured area of the car park while you catch the included shuttle bus to Terminal 5 where the hotel is. It takes 12 to 30 minutes and runs every 20 from 4am to 11.40pm. Outside of these times, you'll need to take a taxi.
Shuttle buses go to T2, T3 and T5.

Walk to T5 from the hotel through the exclusive covered walkway. If you're flying from T2, T3 or T4, the free Heathrow Express takes 5 minutes from T5.
Coming home
On your return, just catch the bus back to Purple Parking to collect your keys and pick up your car.
Sofitel with MBW Meet & Greet T5
On the day of your stay
Give MBW a call around 30 minutes before you arrive to confirm your drop-off terminal. You'll find the number in your booking confirmation. Charges may apply if you don't confirm your drop-off terminal in advance. This parking package isn't available for Terminal 4 departures or arrivals.
Drop your car off at the Terminal Parking car park. A member of the team will meet you there and park your car while you walk to the terminal. From there, it's a short stroll to the hotel for your overnight stay.
You'll need to photograph your vehicle at the drop-off area, otherwise it may affect any claims you make for damage.
Check in from 3pm, check out by 12 noon.

On the day of your stay
Drive to the car park – your confirmation will include directions and a postcode for your satnav.
Your driver will take a photo and check your car over for damage. You'll need to go to the Purple desk and give them your booking confirmation and car keys, as well as your return flight information.
From there, it's just a short walk through to the hotel while your car is parked in a secured car park.

Coming home
Once you've collected your luggage, walk back to the Terminal Parking car park to collect your car.

No problem. Add a return upgrade for the terminal you're flying into and a friendly driver will meet you there with your car. You can add this when you book.
