We're committed to your growth and progression - every HXer has access to an annual learning and development budget, with a mix of in-house and external opportunities to support whatever path you're on. Our HX Mentoring Programme connects you with experienced colleagues for support, guidance and practical advice to support your focus.
We also run #IAmRemarkable workshops, led by trained HX facilitators. These sessions help underrepresented groups build confidence and celebrate their achievements in a supportive space.

We're committed to creating a business that's sustainable, inclusive, and purpose-led - from the way we support our people, to how we give back and grow for the future.
People first
We've built a culture where inclusion, growth and community are at the core. Every HXer can spend 1% of their working hours volunteering, focusing on school partnerships that support and inspire the next generation. Our growing work experience programme helps students explore career paths and build real-world skills.
We run regular inclusion training, awareness sessions and track progress through our Inclusion and Belonging survey. Our community efforts include fundraising, festive donation drives and local clean-up events.
Protecting the Planet
We're taking active steps to reduce our environmental footprint and work toward a more sustainable future. We've signed the Glasgow Declaration and are committed to reaching net zero by 2050. On campus, we've made real progress - from solar panels and energy-saving lighting to zero landfill waste. We help customers make greener choices too, through tools like our Good Trip Index and clear sustainability ratings across our products.

Wellbeing
From the moment you arrive, your wellbeing is a priority. We're proud to promote a healthy, balanced workplace - offering regular activities like on-campus yoga, C25K running groups, fitness circuits and massages. You'll also find a dedicated wellbeing room on site, with quiet space for prayer and a private area for expressing parents.
Our team of trained Mental Health First Aiders are here to support when you need it, and all managers take part in ongoing mental health training to help create a positive, supportive environment.
From your very first day, you and your immediate family will have access to our Employee Assistance Programme, offering confidential help across mental, physical and financial wellbeing. After four years, you'll also be eligible for BUPA Private Medical Insurance, including fast-track mental health support.
And because life doesn't always fit into a 9–5 schedule, we offer flexible working patterns wherever possible - so you can take care of yourself, and the people around you.
