How do I renew my annual policy?
We will contact you approximately 30 days before your policy expiration date as a reminder that your annual travel insurance policy is due for renewal. You can renew your policy either online or calling us.
Although we don't offer auto-renewal, extending your travel insurance with us for another year is quick and easy by taking out a new policy.
Renew your policy by:
- Booking another policy online
- Calling our UK based contact centre on our FREE helpline
If you choose to renew your policy by calling us, remember to have the renewal notice letter to hand, as you will need to quote the reference to the operator. Lines are open Monday - Friday 9am to 8pm and 9am - 5pm on Saturday & Sunday.
