How does renewing my travel insurance policy work?

If you have chosen an Annual Multi-Trip policy, your policy will automatically renew before expiry, unless you have opted-out.

You will receive email reminders before the expiry date of your policy, informing you that your travel insurance policy is about to expire, letting you know how the renewal process works along with information on how to opt-out if you wish to.

Important:

You can choose to opt-out of your policy automatically renewing when we send you your renewal quote at around 28 days before the expiry date of your policy. You can also opt-out of your policy automatically renewing at any time by visiting:

Your account bookings, selecting the policy you would like to opt-out and updating your preferences for 'Auto-renewal opt-out'.
