Getting to the airport
The hotel is around a 15-minute drive from the airport and Airparks Drop and Go car park.
There's a 14-minute shuttle bus to the airport. It runs regularly, 24 hours a day.
Check in from 3pm, check out by 12 noon.
Parking
Overnight parking at the hotel is included.
After your stay, drive to the Airparks Drop and Go car park, where parking is included for the duration of your trip. It's around a 15-minute drive to the car park from the hotel.
Drive straight into the car photo booth at the car park, which rapidly scans your entire car body for reference and protection (takes no more than 5 seconds). Park in the arrivals lane and check in using one of the machines, which will give you a ticket. Make sure you keep your ticket safe as you'll need it for your journey to and from the airport.
The shuttle to the terminal is included in the price, takes around 14 minutes and run regularly. It's available 24 hours a day and even has free wifi. It's best to leave 40 minutes to park at Airparks Drop and Go and get to the airport - longer during the rush hour between 4am and 8am.

Breakfast
Breakfast is served in the Horse and Jockey. It's an all-you-can-eat continental and full English breakfast served to your table. It costs £9.50 for the full English and continental or £7.50 for continental.
Kids under 16 eat free at breakfast too with each paying adult.
Served 6.30am -10am on weekdays and 7am - 11am on weekends.
Good to know
If you're planning on returning early try and give the car park as much notice as possible so they can have your car ready for you.
Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles) will be accepted at the car park as long as they are less than 2m wide x 2.1m high x 5m long. The car park cannot accept any high-sided vehicles, minibuses, mobile homes, lorries, caravans, trailers or vehicles larger than the above maximum dimensions. Vehicles with a taxi license plate can be parked on-site, but cannot use the Return Greet or Meet and Greet services offered by Airparks.
The shuttle bus can't accommodate large sporting equipment, so we'd recommend dropping any off with your passengers at the terminal first, then driving to Airparks Drop and Go.
Early or late? The car park offers a grace period until midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £20 per day. This is subject to change.

On the day of your stay
Drive to the hotel and park your car. Overnight parking at the hotel is included.
Getting from the hotel to the airport
Drive from the hotel to the Airparks Drop and Go car park, about 15 minutes away.
Drive straight into the car photo booth at the car park, which scans your car for reference and protection (this takes no more than 5 seconds). Park in the arrivals lane and check in using one of the machines, which will give you a ticket. You'll also get a tag which you need to attach to your keys.
Drop your keys into the key-drop box outside reception – make sure you put them in the correct box for your lane number – and catch the shuttle bus to the terminal.
The bus is included in the price and runs regularly 24 hours a day. The journey takes around 14 minutes, plus there's free wifi on board! Your car will be parked for you while you make your way to the terminal.
Coming home
Catch the shuttle bus back to Airparks Drop and Go from bay R, you'll need to show the driver the ticket you were given when you arrived.
Make your way to the check-out shelter and follow the instructions on the key dispenser. The machine will give you your key back and show you on the screen where your car is.
Find your car and drive to the exit barrier – you'll need to insert your ticket to scan the barcode attached to your keys, and then the barrier will lift. If you lose your ticket, you'll need to go to reception, answer some security questions, then show a photo ID, so make sure you have one with you.
If you return early, you will need to contact the car park directly to give them as much notice as possible. If you don't, there may be a delay before you get your car back. We can't offer you a refund for any booked parking that you don't use.
